Easy hwy access - late check in ok

We arrived late and we’re able to check ourselves in in the lobby. You can hear constant highway noise so the fact that you’re close to the highway might be a benefit, but the exchange is the noise. There is also a train nearby. They’ve gone to a nice effort to make things welcoming. Little signs and a charcoal barbecue and picnic table at each tent site. There’s no fire pit and no privacy. There is a field fence divider between each tent site to divide it up but it doesn’t offer any type of privacy. The park is very neat but no trees or shade. Bathroom and showers are very neat and clean. For me this is just a convenient place to stop on your way to where you’re going. There is an EV charging station in Rawlins..

Desert Rose

Quiet except for expected interstate noise. Lovely bathrooms, decorated and clean. Very friendly staff. Propane available. Grass and wild flowers, but mostly gravel. Laundry room is very clean with book exchange and puzzle to build!

Ok for one night

Ok for a one night stopover. Bathrooms are clean and pleasant and have Handicap accessibility. Campground is right on the interstate so you can hear that noise. Ok dog park. Staff is super friendly. Just not a place I would want to stay except in transit to the next destination.

Sitedon’t remember. they are all similar.

Great one night stop

We stayed here for one night on our way to Utah. The park is right off the Highway . The staff is friendly and helpful! My son used shower and facilities nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Not sure who posted prices but definitely not 20 anymore lol we paid 44, with veteran of military discount. They do offer other discounts first responder and teachers so give them a call!

Good, inexpensive overnight stop

Not a place to spend a long stay, but very good for an overnight. Inexpensive and close to I 80. Clean tiled restroom. Sites are gravel and not very spacious. Very little vegetation but that is true of most of Wyoming; at least I was able to find all Dish satellites! 😁

Stay for a few days or more

Very friendly staff. They have clean restrooms and showers. The laundry room has 4 washers and 4 dryers. They work great, even dry loads without having to add more coins. They have a book exchange in the laundry room. Also a desk so you can use it while doing laundry. Comfortable seating and TV in the office/store area. Mini golf is cute. Mostly pull through sites. A few back in. It's windy in this area so cross breeze is nice. We stayed here before (site24) for 3 nights its a great place to rest. Lots of things to do nearby.

Very pleasant staff. Under new management. Grounds are in need of a little sprucing up. 🤞

Nothing amazing but it’s got good amenities. Camp sites are very cramped.

No shade but just what we needed to get by

Verizon speed 33 d/l 22 u/l. Have games like horseshoe, mini golf, dog area. They even have a Suburban courtesy vehicle to get around town. Didn't use it so don't know the details, just cool they had the option.

Walmart, McDonald's, Taco Bell less than 10 minutes away (downtown). We stayed an extra night due to high winds causing the I80 East towards Cheyenne to close. Had no problems, hosts were kind and accommodating. FYI, they're closing for the season 10/15/20 so double check before coming.

Had several options of hookups and slightly cheaper than the RV park nearby.

Railroad and freeway nearby so expect a bit of noise.

Words Can’t Describe

But I’ll do my best....less is more here. Not a bad stop for 1 night but I wouldn’t recommend much more. The staff were very nice; however the owners should really clean up the campground. So many weeds my dogs could hardly walk without being covered in stickers. It did have a fenced in area for dogs, and what looked like a mini golf area that hasn’t been used since the 70’s. We did have pretty good WiFi with Verizon but we won’t be back

Good RV Park

Everything was ready for us. We only spent one night but it was nice. Spots were a little small bit not horrible. Had a putt course which was a bit dated. It was very nice that they had a complementary car to use.

4⭐️ For Rawlins

Decent little RV park to stop over at. Nothing special about this one but the campground does overlook some small mountains and it’s set back always from the highway. You’ll still hear plenty of traffic and trains but it’s not as close to the road as the KOA here is.

The staff here was very friendly and they also have a courtesy vehicle you can use to run around town if you need.

Decent playground for the kiddos. Clean shower and restroom facilities. If I’m passing through and need a place to stay we will definitely return.

My family WILL be stopping here again!

Loved this place. We got in late and they had a Super easy check in system with available sites clearly marked. Showers were Clean. The grounds were nicely kept. Putt-putt is free to guest as well as a nice sized playground. Only downside is also an upside. Close to interstate, so easy to find and get to but you can hear the cars at night. My family will definitely be stopping here again

Great location, super clean with an easy drive thru

This a great campground for RVers going on the east-west or north-south routes through Rawlins. The campground seemed best for one or two night stays or for longer-term stays for people working in the area. The sites are untreed drive thru sites. The area is open so it can be windy. It is close to I-80 and the major north-south routes. There is a playground for kids, a miniature golf course, a covered group area and a TV room. There is even a free loaner car if you don't want to drive your rig into town for dinner. The rest room and all public area were immaculate. The staff were excellent-friendly and very helpful. They provided great suggestions on some places to eat. We would definitely stay here again if we are passing through the area.
