30 minutes to downtown. Amenities are nice if and when available.
This place is huge, a little too big. Sites are a bit close together, gravel pavement is a bit uneven. Wished trash cans were closer.
ATV & golf cart rentals will help you get around. Pool is nice. Very strong water pressure, even their pamphlet tells you.
Staff was on point, helpful and friendly. Trash cans and hookups were close.
However, the sure are pretty close to each other, uneven gravel parking.
Great location, clean, amenities and staff were awesome.
It's also a bit noisy, a little from the freeway, but train station runs late at night. Gravel could be a bit more level.
Dinner is only available Thursday- Sunday and the go-kart have select times and dates.
Can't beat free! Stay up to 14 days on flat gravel. Some man made fire pits. Highway noise not to bad, just park further in. Plenty of space and cell tower nearby
Granted we came during slow season, I know it's full in summer. Tons of amenities, farmers market comes on weekends, live music, and movie nights with free hot chocolate! Level unpaved site for us but there's so many types of sites to choose from. Plenty of stuff for adults and kids to do and places nearby. You don't even need to unhook to enjoy the area.
That's the only reason why we're here. Reservation making is a pain since it's all via email/ online. Spaces for rvs are unpaved and additional cars are on cement. Hookups are pretty fast away and needed my sewer extention.
There are full time residents along with short term. If you have slide outs, careful to not hit your neighbor!
Great location for Paso Robles, sadly we're only passing through. Full hookups, flat paved or unpaved sites depending on what you select. We chose the cheapest during mid January so it was about $64.
Only con is that our site is right next to the main street so it's noisy. We were site 94 and 95.
I thought planes would be a concern since that's the name of the street we're on but not at all.
Their gym was clean with more cardio equipment than lifting. Only dumbbells. We wish we came during when they brought wine from vendors but that's only Thursday- Sunday I think but still it was nice. Fire pit, jacuzzi and pull very clean.
The connecting for all hookups and far. I never had to use my sewage extension until now. Just a little bit of extra inconvenience. That didn't make the experience bad, the flea and mosquitos really made us cut our trip short. I got about 50 flea bites and the wife had about 20 mosquito bites. Hope you don't have sweet blood.
We did come here to get away from fireworks and it didn't disappoint. A couple blocks away is Gull lake. Highly recommend fishing from a boat rented for $45 for half day or $65 full day
Was just a place to stay in passing but wished we had more time. You can see how nice the place is from the pictures!
Has both long and short term suits. A bit dated and gravel pavement but level. Sites are closer than most and seems they updated some of their hookups.
Read up on this location with some good info. Flat paved sites for dry camping.

The place would be perfect if rv sites had hookups. They do have a dump location, showers and bathrooms, general store and a plethora of water rentals.
Flat paved sites. Can get crowded during peak season as sites are fairly close to each other. Convenience store and Walmart nearby.
Flat paved rv sites, can see it getting crowded during peak season. Prices are on the higher end but you get what you pay for as they accommodate for fishing and crabbing.
This place is quite, staff are pleasant, facilities are clean and convenient.
Lacking info online but staff helpful when calling. Not much space between sites but didn't bother us since it's not quite peak season. Would've liked more grassy and greener at our site.
Level paved sites, reservations can be challenging during peak season. A bit dated but very close to beach.
In a world of discrimination, injustice, and hate, I wanted to try and enjoy our stay. Beautiful place with a very strong opinion..
Flat paved sites. A bit close to each other. Hookups are reliable and hosts were helpful.
