Welcome to Capitol Reef Country! Road to the Sun Ranch is located in beautiful Grover, Utah (elev 7,100') along Scenic Highway 12 near the base of Boulder Mountain, 6 miles from the quaint town of Torrey and a short 15 mile drive from Capitol Reef National Park. We are surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere and our location provides travelers with an ideal base camp for exploring the natural wonders of this region of Southern Utah. The property consists of mostly pasture land, desert sage, pinyon pine trees & panoramic mountain views. The surrounding area offers amazing scenery and endless outdoor opportunities! We have a single (self check-in) RV/trailer parking space complete with water, power, sewer, WiFi & picnic table. All guests must have their own bathroom, clean up after pets and pack out any trash. Max trailer length is 28'. Max RV length is 35'. The site is available seasonally from May - October. Sorry, no tent/car camping or fires.

Great Little Campsite

Great campsite located close to Hwy 12 and Torrey. There is a gorgeous mountain range within view and no one close to the site. There are water and electric hookups and great WIFI service as well. The host is super responsive and able to answer any questions for you. There is even cafe lights and a picnic table to relax by! Overall, great place to crash for the night. Definitely recommend!
