Great campsite located close to Hwy 12 and Torrey. There is a gorgeous mountain range within view and no one close to the site. There are water and electric hookups and great WIFI service as well. The host is super responsive and able to answer any questions for you. There is even cafe lights and a picnic table to relax by! Overall, great place to crash for the night. Definitely recommend!

Honestly so thankful we stumbled upon this campground. First of all, gorgeous views and quiet. Second, clean and facilities were GREAT. Showers were clean and bathrooms were great. Lots of shade in camp areas with the awnings there. Fire pits with options to purchase firewood at gate. Access to trails right by the grounds. And THE STARS. THE STARS WERE AMAZING AT NIGHT!! You MUST stay here!!

Overall, not bad. Plenty of spaces to park but spots are a bit bumpy. Found that lots of people came in after dark and kind of just made their own spots. Port O John’s we’re pretty damn clean, which was very surprising. The stars were great at night and it was a good spot to set up camp just very close to other people. In a pinch, I think it’s a great place.

Gorgeous views. Very quiet. Lots of fire rings. Take the road past the rest stop and there are plenty of secluded spots off the road. Great spot!
