Quiet spot with beautiful views

Great experience! Really helpful staff, clean and quiet sites, and lovely views.

When we arrived with my 21 foot travel trailer, we were told that site 28 can be difficult to park in due to the angle and size, but just as panic started to seep into this trailer-newbie’s brain, they said, “But don’t worry, Jake can help you park your trailer into the spot.” And he did! Jake was super helpful and within 5 minutes my RPod was happily parked at site 28!

The site was clean, with water, sewage, and electric hookups on the left side. It comes with a picnic table and fire pit (fire wood can be bought at the shop).

I was remote working, and the wifi worked pretty well (I just had issues once during a meeting when video + screen sharing was on).

The site is right on the La Sal Mountain Loop, which is a beautiful drive up the mountain and down through Castle Valley and along the Colorado River.

We really loved our stay.

Nice Campground

We dry camped at this campground because they had no other vacancies. It was a very nice grassy lot, the campground was clean and the people running it were friendly. The grounds were quiet, clean, and people obeyed the speed limit.

Great Place to Locate in Moab

The rv park doesn't have tons of extras, like a pool or a large community center. It is clean and the sites are pull-through. It is off of the highway far enough that you can't hear the highway noise. It's close enough to Arches and Canyonlands, and downtown Moab is an easy drive. Price is just right! I'd come back again, especially in fall.

Nice quiet campground

After staying at other parks in the Moab area, I really appreciate this one, because the sites are big rig friendly and not on the noisy hwy. The staff is very nice and the park is clean. Would stay here again.

Great, not just OK

We planned the trip at last minute so couldn’t get into NP campsites in the area. Got a spot here and have been very impressed- very clean and well maintained grass strip at each site and trees at each site as well. Facilities were immaculate.

Great stay near Arches National Park

Easy check in, kind/professional staff, clean environment including restrooms. Laundry is great, easy to use and works well. Stayed two nights, with a 2 year old, my husband, mom, and two dogs. Area is close to everything but located in a peaceful area where you see mostly land and the beautiful rocks. I like that it’s not on a Main Street.

Clean, friendly staff, easy rules

This is a large RV and camping site, just south of Moab. I was greeted by a friendly staff member in a cool air conditioned office. We enjoyed the clean 24 hour bathrooms and  laundry room. The wifi was pretty good if you are in a spot near the office. They sold some essentials in their store like ice, firewood and ice cream. Our spot also had a nice tree for shade which was great in the summer heat.

It’s Okay

We used Ok Campground as a home based for exploring the national parks in the area. It was a good, quiet campground for us to return to each night.

Staff - the staff was friendly and helpful. We we able to get checked in without any issues.

Sites- The sites were mostly rock and dirt. They were level. Our site appeared to be in between full timers. (….which were nice folks) Our site had a table and some chairs, but the chairs appeared unusable. We brought our own so it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Amenities - we used the laundry, showers, and toilets there. All were adequate and clean.

Booking - we booked online and were given the option to reserve a specific spot for extra $$. I didn’t see any specific sites that I would have paid extra for.

We’ve been to nicer campgrounds but OK served our needs for this trip.

Nice place to stop.

O.K. was a good stop overnight. Moab had an event on the weekend so the area was at capacity. I was booked into overflow space and boondocked. The full hookup sites looked pretty good. The office area had all nominal services.

Great RV Park right on edge of Moab

Park is great. Pull through spots with full hook ups. We stayed in late December so it was very cold. They do a good job of wrapping their water supply though. Lost of spaces. The la sal mountains are right across the street and you can see them from the park. You can also see a nice canyon view rising up behind you. There is not a fenced in dog run so you’ll have to walk them on leash to go to the bathroom. Staff is very friendly as well. Park is within minutes to Arches about 10-15 min drive and canyon lands is about 35-45 mins away.

Quiet sites

We stayed at O.K. RV park & Canyonlands stable for two nights. We were surprised that it was not noisy. We were about two blocks from the highway and could barely hear it. We did not use the facilities but they looked nice from the outside. The host was very nice and accommodating. The spots were a little close together but the spots were not filled until we left. The views are beautiful!

I would definitely come back when we are in the area.

Pleasantly Suprised

We were very happy with our stay at Okay. None of the RV parks in Moab are elite class parks but Okay is more than accommodating. Most of the sites are gravel pull through with full hook ups. They have several back in spaces but most of those are used for RV rentals which they also offer. Shade is hard to come by in Moab but each site has a couple trees, a picnic table, and a small amount of grass. The bathrooms are clean with nice showers. Okay is located on the edge of town and a couple blocks off the highway so it is very quiet and peaceful at night. We’d definitely stay here again.

Best price we found near Moab

We actually stayed here for a whole month. That was a little long for us, but the park was just fine. They had gas grills you could use during your stay and we enjoyed that for sure! There is laundry there and the facilities are very nice. The people working were friendly too. This is a little out of town, but still close enough to get to town and the parks easily. There is a ton to do in the area so come ready for outdoor activities!  Also, it is HOT in July.  Pick a different month to come if you can!

Highly Recommended

We stayed in one of the tent sites and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of this park. The bathrooms were well thought out and in impeccable condition. The staff was kind and so responsive to questions and considerate of our arrival time. The tent we stayed in had everything we needed - a wonderfully comfortable king bed, towels ready to go, lights that were portable in case you needed for a walk at night, air conditioning, heater, WiFi.... obsessed!

Recommended. Clean, well cared for, quiet, very helpful staff.

Just a few miles from Moab. Cleanest bathroom and showers I have experienced in a public setting. Grounds well cared for. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They had only overflow spaces available when I called but called me back a couple of times when they had cancellations to help me get into a space of my own. They have tents and teepees for rent as well. Their prices are better than most in the area.
