Reasonably priced for Moab

Couple miles south of downtown Moab. Dirt parking lot across from newish Hotel. Maybe 18 spots? Two coin op showers, laundry room has 4 washers and dryers that are $3 each and two dumpsters. Vance is host. Called to see if they had space starting May 29th for a few nights. He said no but then called back a couple minutes later and said yes had room for 4 nights. Yay! We have a 22’ TT but there were larger 32’ 5th wheels and some large Class A’s. Sites aren’t wide but you’ll be too busy adventuring to hang at the RV. WiFi is touch and go.

Very convenient but meh

This RV park is very small but it does the job for our small trailer that’s only big enough to sleep in. The owner is super nice. It cost us $30 a night and we don’t hook up to anything. There are showers (one is coin operated, one isn’t) and there is a washer and dryer (both $2). Showers are a little dirty (just wet floors) but other than that the bathrooms aren’t bad. Very convenient location from Arches and the Moab town.

Nice spot, reasonable cost

I really enjoyed my stay here. The owner was so helpful and let me park very early in the day. The site is little more than a gravel lot outside a hotel. But, it has laundry services, 2 showers, solid wifi, and full hook ups, for cheaper than any other location in town. It is one of the furthest from Arches and Canyonlands but it offered everything I needed. Some noise from the major road nearby but not bad.

At how neat and organized this place is. Clean bathrooms, courteous staff. Everything here is very clean and well taken care of. I am definitely returning here when it’s time to revisit the parks.
