Best RV Parks & Resorts near Marysvale, UT

Needed a spot just for the night. At first it didn’t appear as though this campground is used that much - we were one of 3 campers in the park. Full hook ups for the night was $40. Restrooms were clean, nice laundry room. What I liked most was the lack of ambient light. Went out at night and it was pitch black with sky full of stars. Try the cheese curd they sell in the gas station at the RV park entrance - it was great!

Great campsite! We had an 11’ RV and hooked up just fine, everything worked great! Bathrooms clean and has showers and toilet. Very quiet RV resort and tons of spaces anytime of day. Manager is superb and super sweet!

This is one of the best RV parks in Southern Utah. It is about 10 minutes from Panguitch, They have a gas station with a snack store plus miscellaneous items, a game room, LOTS of washers and dryers and much more. If you are a person who hates crappy bathrooms, I have stayed here every summer for the past 3 years and I have not found not 1 bug or critter and they don’t smell either. The lot sizes are HUGE! You can stream videos on low quality with the WiFi. There is a playground, and the Staff is the nicest I’ve ever met. Please stay here, they deserve it!

I checked out this RV park as an option for my TT if I needed full hookups for AC. Very close to Dixie NF Red Canyon Recreation area. They have RV sites, cabins and even tent spots. Showers garbage water, RV dump. Good cell signal and a wifi network also.

No room in RV site for tent so moved to grassy tent site. Most sites appear to be occupied by long term rentals. Host was very friendly and helpful in accommodating my needs.

Enjoyed our stay here. Clean, full hook ups, nicely landscaped, with a nice dog run for the pets. Close to the National Park.

This is a super family-friendly campground and with so many "camping" options! There are full hook-up RV sites, cabins, and pre-assembled tent structures in various sizes. Amenities include: Swimming pool, playground, dog park, laundry, restrooms with showers, and Wi-Fi. It's a little close to the main street of the town, but that makes it easy to find!

We stayed there 6/6/21 on our way to Yellowstone. Great place for a pit stop. Very clean with friendly staff. Great location if you wanted an ATV vacation. Full hook ups. We stayed in site 8. We would stay there again.

Perfect size park with full hookups for RVs as well as cabins for rent. Very clean, and has bathrooms with showers. Easy access to Capital Reef National Park. Would definitively come again.

Really enjoyed Bowery Haven at Fish Lake. RV area was taken care of and provided full hook up. Some of which were further away than standard sized hoses and cord so be prepared. Loved the cafe and gift shop. The only down side was no personal firepits at campsites, otherwise would've given 5 stars. The community fire was ok but when we tried to go enjoy it another larger group than us pretty much bullied us away. We would definitely come up and stay again.

This RV park is located in the quaint town of Torrey. Be sure to visit the Chuck Wagon General Store. It's a gem. 

Wonderland is a clean and well organized park run by a gentleman that stays on top of everything, even watering the little patches of grass daily. I have to give a shout out to the management team for their clean facilities. These were the cleanest I've ever seen! The showers were very secure as well. Each was housed in it's own individual unit which required a key code to enter. The laundry was clean and up to date. A quarter more expensive than most I've used lately. If you forget something, there's a little store in the office, but there are 2 gas stations within walking distance if the store doesn't have what you need.

A green pasture runs adjacent to the campground and this made for beautiful pastoral views of the roaming buffalo, cows and horses. There are also cabins, and for the more adventurous, you can stay in an authentic covered wagon!

Full hookups, sites not too close together and they are level. There are some car camp and tent sites with wind/privacy screens and a "sheep" camp too. 

The location can't be beat for visiting Capitol Reef. I'll be back for the annual Cowboy Music and Poetry Festival. Great place!

Hook up, good amenities, close to the national park. We had a nice grassy site between cabins. Overall a good RV park.

Basically a place to park your RV with hookups, but no frills or space/privacy. There are no grills or fire pits at the sites. For $35/night, I can't recommend this RV park.

I've camped here a few times and it is always great. They have a huge grassy area out front to pitch tents, a few pull-through sites for RVs and in the back, there are permanent RVs set up. They have VERY clean bathrooms with showers. There is a restaurant on site that has the best homemade tortilla chips and salsa.(great food also) It feels a little pricey to me and if I was going to stay for more than a few nights next time it would be worth it to get the good sam discount card they sell. I have T-mobile and my service was spotty on the campground itself. If I walked out and towards the town, just off the property I had a signal. Verizon seems to have more reliable service based on other people I was with.

They also have bike rentals which were super cool!  I've been here in May and in September.  May was still pretty cool weather up there.  I had a 15-degree bag with an insulated pad and it was okay.  The nighttime temps were in the lower 30's.  In September it was much warmer, probably nighttime temps of 50-60.

Buyer beware.

We selected this location based on activities we wanted to incorporate into our 2-week family vacation. The website was our only source of information and it was professionally done with a reservation process on par with well-established parks. We had never been to the Bryce Canyon area and were taking a risk with each location where we chose to stay. Our intent was to choose locations that gave everyone in the family a fun option as this would be our only vacation for the year. The Sevier River RV Park’s website gave us everything we wanted to see.

What we found instead was that the photos and activities listed on the website were either intentionally misleading or, at the very least, were not representative of this RV park. Rather than paved lots surrounded by trees, we found a newly graded, bare dirt lot. The listed amenities were only partially available and the activities listed were not available with the exception of the fishing. We found ourselves at a location that did not in any way match the sales pitch on the website.

To add insult to injury, I paid an extra$50 to lock in a specific RV spot which hadn’t even been graded yet. What we figured out after we arrived was this this is a brand new RV park that isn’t yet fully functional, in spite of what is represented on their website. The owners were very kind folks who didn’t seem to recognize that we had a reservation, let along paid additional fees to lock in a site that wasn’t ready. Based on the activities and presentation on the website, we’d planned a 3-night stay in a site toward the outer edge of the park under the trees. What we quickly decided was that we’d give it one night and see if we still wanted to stay. The only grudging accommodation from the owner was to allow us to use the laundry facilities at no charge.

While the fishing did not disappoint(5 brown trout all 10-12 inches) and the surrounding area was beautiful, there was nothing else, just dirt. Contrary to the website representation, there were no ATV rentals, horseback riding or white water rafting available. Because the fishing was good, we decided to stay a second night. It rained hard all night long and we woke up to a muddy mess. In spite of the cost, we left early that morning not to return.

While we had high hopes, to say this stay was disappointing is an understatement. I think in 4-5 years, this park will live up to the hype on the website but, in the meantime, the owners have an obligation to accurately represent their park. We walked away at an$80 cost because of the misrepresentation. I hope the owners update the website or at least communicate to those who make reservations that all may not be what it seems. We stayed in 5 different RV parks over a span of 15 nights and this was the only one that did not meet expectations. Should you choose to stay here, keep your expectations in check.

This is one of those RV parks where most spaces are permanently occupied by trailers that will never move from that spot. We checked it out and kept on driving.
