Clean and comfortable

I stayed here in passing to California from Utah and it was super comfy! The area I parked my car had rocks and a bathroom as well as shower house right next to it! No one was loud and the management was so sweet! No complaints at all.

Really well kept campground.

We extended our stay to 3 nights. Went to Zion one day. We hate crowds, and it's crowded on a slow day. So, one day was plenty. There is more than Zion within 10 min of this campground. Red Cliffs Rec area has beautiful trails and dinosaur tracks. There's the Quail Creek State Park as well. Hurricane is up the road and has even more attractions, hikes and ORV trails. The campground is very open and is year round. There are permanent tenants. It's very well manicured and the bathhouses are clean. For the area and getting FHU, it's cheap. Everyone is super nice here as well. There's a coin laundry. The machines are dated but, cheap. Honestly, we've paid more to stay at crappy parks. This one is quiet, pretty level and have mature trees.

Decent

The tent sites aren’t sites, they’re just on a medium sized lawn where you have to pick a spot. $33 felt expensive but at least they had showers. Likely a better experience for those in RV’s.

Nice little park

Originally had planned on boondocking closer to Zion, but hot weather had us looking for hookup options. We called this park and they had space. Ot,s in Leeds, about 40 minutes to Zion.

The lady who answered the phone then checked us in could not of been nicer.

A lot of permanent residents but they keep spots open for travelers. Clean, and nice people here

Clean but Strict

This campground is quite well kept and is definitely cute. It does seem like a lot of the people here are permanent residents. There are a ton of posted rules. There is a nice clubhouse with plenty of seating, a big TV, and nice laundry facilities. Showers are super clean.

Quaint little spot

Super cute, drove through here because we were hiking near by and wanted to check it out for anyone who was interested. Clean is an understatement and it’s been happening way longer than covid so you know people care about their property. Grass for the tent campers ONLY and they made sure to let people Know they wanted NO dogs on that area so neat bonus!! Also if you strike out at Zion this place is perfect! Plus HOT showers and spotless bathrooms.

You can do long term and short term RV stays just give them a call and reserve. They have full hooks ups and each spot has a cement pad and table with it!

Oh wanna break from RV and camping? They have a motel on property as well. Super neat and sweet little spot... oh and affordable.

Much better stay than over crowded Zion camp spots.

Clean and they provide trash as well!!

Dog walking areas as well and trash bags provided

Cheers
