Accessing Ledge E requires fording a stream crossing that can reach 50 feet wide and 1.5 feet deep after rain, making high-clearance or 4WD vehicles strongly advisable. Check conditions before committing. The site sits at the far end of the Ledge series, caddy-corner to Ledge D, with an east-facing orientation and a large rock formation nearby. Amenities include fire rings and picnic tables. In January, the larger section closes, leaving two or three sites open near the road. Campers planning a broader trip can browse campgrounds around Moab for drier-access alternatives.
