This was definitely the worst campground we’ve stayed in. We almost just left after paying for our site and seeing the condition of the campground But it was late afternoon and we were tired. The tent camping sites were TINY and separated from each other by “stick fencing” made of tree limbs. There was also a house 20 feet behind us and the owners were very loud until 11:30. Most of the amenities were not available or so filthy that you couldn’t use them. No paper towels or soap in the wash house. No water in the supposed stream that runs thru the park. We didn’t take the time to look at the RV sites so can’t really comment But if you are a tent camper you should look elsewhere.
We gave it this because it had everything we needed. They were friendly and accommodating. It was quiet and spot 3 was a good size, well separated, and shaded.
The RV park could actually use some more up keep. Seems pretty ran down. Spaces are really close to each other.
However, the bathrooms/showers (Qty 3) were always very clean. The camp host/owner and employees were very friendly and accommodating.
This is an older unit with low water pressure. If you sites in virgin forest with a beautiful stream running through the facility
Campground is a little rundown, but very quite. The Bathrooms/Showers are very old but were clean. The park water pressure was very low. There is no cell service in area and the park WiFi was spotty at best. Most spots are smaller, but spots 1,2,3 and 4 will accommodate larger rigs and have great shade. If your looking for a place for 1 or 2 nights close to Taos Sierra village will work.
