This was not our favorite place to stay. It was crowded. We had to find a picnic table. The front staff was not very informed about things we could do. We had some neighbors that stayed up talking until about 5am! The spots were very crowded. Gave it 2 stars because we were able to run at a neat trail nearby and it was close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. We heard this was the best in town though.

We gave it this because it had everything we needed. They were friendly and accommodating. It was quiet and spot 3 was a good size, well separated, and shaded.
