I've camped there twice in the spring of 2026 and enjoyed my stay. Both times camped in the primitive sites which are located in the back along a single lane dirt road / trail. You can get a car to each site, but it can be narrow at spots. The sites only have a fire ring and a kinda level spot to pitch a tent. No water or electric and the Wi-Fi does not reach to this part of the property. AT&T cell coverage is also very weak in this area. Everything works great if you walk up to the community area. The kitchen area is great, the 4 shower rooms are clean with hot water and is your private bath when you use it. I tent camped off my motorcycle and the other time was rainy so I car camped out of my 4Runner. A short walk to the front of the property got me Wi-Fi, cellular, kitchen, bathroom, and chairs to hang out in. The sites at the front are much more expensive, so I enjoyed the lower priced primitive sites.

The web site is not accurate and I don’t know who wrote these reviews. The sights are tight and small. The drive down the hill to the campground is not user friendly especially at night as you are risking your life. The owner is never around but I guess that’s the way of the new world we live in. Everyone wants to make money from home. I have been full time traveling for 7yrs now. I rarely paid $50 a night if ever but the $20 for community fees is a joke. But if you are new to living the RV life you will pay the price. Never again for us

This is a nice little spot to go to if there's no room at Pedernales Falls. Clean campground, close to country and city.

You have the choice of camping at a tent site, park your RV, to glamp in a yurt or cabin, or even walk out to a more secluded “TentRR” site. Regardless of what choice you make, there’s a community kitchen with small appliances/dishes and the bathhouse with showers, toilets, and vanities. It really is the best of both, especially if you’re trying to camp for several days and would like to stay relatively clean and well fed. We’ve stayed there three years in a row now!

If you’re looking to get out of the hustle and bustle this is a place you don’t want to miss. It’s quiet, very natural and rustic but with so many thoughtful touches. The community kitchen was my favorite part. Cooking is so easy when there’s everything you need available.

Very clean bathrooms. It has tents, small cabins, glamping, pull through rv and hybrid tent/rv spots. In all approximately 20 sites. Located just 2 miles from Perdnalles state park.
