Kings Holly Haven RV Park

RV campers looking to explore the Smoky Mountains will find Kings Holly Haven RV Park positioned alongside a creek just minutes from Pigeon Forge's main attractions. The park accommodates rigs up to 60 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections on gravel sites with concrete pads.

Sites sit close together throughout the property, with many campers noting the tight spacing between neighbors. The creek runs along one side of the park, providing a natural boundary and water access for pets. Amanda describes "a wonderful little creek area to take the pups." Two shower buildings and laundry facilities serve the campground, with multiple reviewers commenting on their cleanliness and maintenance.

The park operates year-round and attracts both overnight visitors and long-term residents. A pool near the front entrance provides recreation, while Wear Farm Park sits adjacent to the property. During baseball tournaments at the neighboring park, the campground fills with teams and families. Gravel sites require leveling blocks for most RVs.

Location puts campers within five minutes of The Island and other Pigeon Forge entertainment, though the park itself remains relatively quiet despite the proximity to busy tourist areas. For those exploring the broader region, camping near Pigeon Forge offers additional options throughout the Smoky Mountain gateway area.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

We are in site 67, it's pretty tight for our 32 ft camper. Gravel spot needed 2 blocks to level. Nice view out our back window. Two shower buildings and two laundry facilities, which were very clean. The grill at this site was very dirty. Also large amount of dog poop noted in our site and the ones near us. There are several full-time campers here, but they are kept neat. A pool is located near the front entrance. Price is excellent for full hookups at 49.50 tax and fees included.

Near by getaway

This park is but 5 minutes away from the main strip, right near The Island, but we could not hear the traffic at all! Beautiful sites, however, they were right on top of each other. Our sewer hook up was right in front of our neighbors patio area, and most sites are like this. Clean pool, a playground for the kids, and the park was pleasant to walk the dog around! Also, it's a Good Sam park!

September 2021

Park is off the main strip which makes it nice and quiet. Bathrooms/showers were marginal at best. Spots are tight and there are some obvious permanent residents in the park. I’d personally say a 2.5-3 out of 5 overall. But would stay there again because of price.

Wonderful place! Very beautiful.

Place is beautiful, full hookups, laundry, pool, clean shower rooms. Lots are close together, but all the surrounding campers are welcoming and nice! Wonderful little creek area to take the pups!

Perfect location

This was a very nice and clean rv park. Roads are paved with gravel sites. Each has a concrete slab with a pic Nic table and charcoal grill and fire ring. The laundry and showers were very clean and well maintained. The pool area was cleaned every morning. You are allowed to send and receive mail and package deliveries. The beat part is the convenience to anything in an around Pigeon Forge. Gatlingurg and Servierville are only a very minutes away (depending on traffic). Tourist destinations at your fingertips all while enjoying the friendliness and peace and quiet of the mountains. City park right next door and a creek running along the other side. One of our favorite places to visit and this will be our place to camp each time.

Great Location

King’s Holly Haven is a true RV park. While there are some tent sites, I’ve stayed here a few times and have only seen a tent set up once. The park is next to Wear Farm Park, so if baseball/softball tournaments are going on the campground will be full of ball players. It is very convenient to Pigeon Forge entertainment and the mountains. The pool is nice and bathhouses are great.

I always try to get site #69, or one on either side, it’s at the end of the park, right on the creek, and it’s near the grassy, open tent area. It is also the shortest walk to the ballfields. The sites are pretty close together, so I would recommend arriving early before it gets crowded so you can have more room to back in.
