Love it

This is a true resort campground. All sites are easily marked with level gravel or paved. Grounds are well kept. The pool are is beautiful and well maintained. Laundry is a very nice space with good clean machines. easy access to stores, food and a short drive to the beaches. The price was a nice surprise for all you get.

Perfect location

This was a very nice and clean rv park. Roads are paved with gravel sites. Each has a concrete slab with a pic Nic table and charcoal grill and fire ring. The laundry and showers were very clean and well maintained. The pool area was cleaned every morning. You are allowed to send and receive mail and package deliveries. The beat part is the convenience to anything in an around Pigeon Forge. Gatlingurg and Servierville are only a very minutes away (depending on traffic). Tourist destinations at your fingertips all while enjoying the friendliness and peace and quiet of the mountains. City park right next door and a creek running along the other side. One of our favorite places to visit and this will be our place to camp each time.

Beautiful and serene

As far as state campgrounds go, this is a beautiful one. Quiet and the river backing up to it. Not launches, kayaks and canoe rentals, the even offer life jackets for you to borrow right at the lunch site. The deer walked right up to the camp sites. Plenty of shade and peaceful just to rest and relax. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because the laundry equipment was broken. We are full time campers so this was a small inconvenience for us. Just make sure you bring plenty of clothes.

Not an RV Park

This place is not an RV park. This is only a parking place behind buildings just off the main road. Yes they do have hook ups but this is not the nicest area and you are sharing a pool with the Budget Inn hotel guest. There are only a few spots to park. Yea you are close to a few restaurants but again you are parked behind them in a gravel lot. It must have been trash day because dumpsters were being slammed before 7 AM. I would consider this more of a stop out of necessity, not a destination. No privacy, no shade, not an ideal location. Just No. No, No is all I can say. Had we realized what it actually was, we would have drove on. When we called to ask for availability, they stated they were both a hotel and RV park, please do not come here with any expectations of an RV park. Lease don’t come here at all.

Not our gavorite

The campsite was clean but we were on a corner lot where 3 small streets intersected. Way to much noise and very busy. There was also no shade on this spot. There was a nice laundry area and fenced in dog area. The spots were cramped. This is a very commercialized campground. Not really an off the grid kind of campground.

It’s time KOA User

This campground is gorgeous. The sites are gravel and grassy. Great shade all over and landscaping is beautiful. Full access and hook ups makes it so easy. There is an awesome playground for families with kids. Nice grassy area throughout for your fur babies. Less then a minute off of 1-74 and super close to town for restaurants and stores for supplies. We extended our stay an extra 2 days because it is so nice. Staff was great and polite.

Quick stop

This was a great spot for a quick stop while traveling through. Literally right off the interstate. The park was super clean and quiet (except for a little road noise from the interstate) but that was not bad and did not bother us at all. The staff were super polite and helpful. There was a fenced in dog area which was really nice for those of us traveling with pets. Bath house was clean. Will definitely be stopping here again.

Short Stay

This is a very clean resort with lots of amenities. The pool area is very clean and nice. Plenty of activities for adults and kids under the pavilion. The little food/bar area by the pool is really nice. My only complaint is how tight it is. Not a lot of privacy. This is a good place for fun but not for privacy. Full hook ups and concrete pads with bbq and pick-nic tables.

Perfect spot

This place is beautiful. There are paved roads and grassy areas for bike riding, playing games and more. I would recommend a water spot, there are plenty of them. A public beach is less than a 2 minute drive (but there was no one on this beach). It was like having my own private beach. Bring kayaks/canoes. There are smaller islands that you can easily get to with you kayak/canoe. There is lots of places for fishing and the showers are private and very new and well kept. We have done a lot of camping this summer already all over Florida and this is one of our favorite spots.

Great Value

The staff wears great! Very helpful and quick to fix any issue. Our electric did not work at our site so we moved. They had someone out the next morning to fix it. Very well lit at night with security. The RV park is located in the back of the county park, so there is plenty to do: water park, outdoor gym and regular play areas for kids. This would be a great spot for a family. Everything is paved with a concrete pad with a picnic table and a charcoal grill available per site. Very spacious and I cannot express how clean. Laundry on site always a plus.

Piece of paradise

Beautiful RV resort. Very clean, awesome fenced in dog park with a sprinkler and water bowl. Large pavilion with a beautiful beach and boat dock area. The swimming area was my only very slight disappointment. Wear water shoes, the rocks are rough. No beach area right with the swimming area, they are in separate areas. Other than that, the staff was great and we will definitely stay here again.

Really “0” Stars

This is not a camp sight. This is the place nightmares are created. We felt unsafe all night. Please do not stay here! Cats running everywhere, People driving by the campers taking pictures of them, not maintained at all.
