Another city park gem

We have grown fond of the city parks we have discovered in our travels - this is no exception. It has the added bonus of being an historical landmark for the Lewis and Clark Expedition. Great looking park, walking paths, ball fields and an electrical hook up. Only $15. Total bargain.

Better than a bullfrog

This is a delightful campground in the city of Elk Point, SD. It is a city park with 50 amp hookups. There are water spickets around and I'm not about dump stations. You are surrounded by a football field, two baseball fields and a nice children's playground. There is a lake with a fountain in the middle and a very large grassy area. We watched the girl's softball game. Also, the field is full of found squirrels which are fun to watch but my dog wanted to chase them. This is a great stop over or a good place to stay a week. Nice level park

This is a really nice campgrounds. It only has electricity but for $15.00 it was very nice and quiet. We also were able to watch the kids play baseball in the park

Cheap and Comfortable

For $15 per night, it’s hard to beat it. Spots are small. Wouldn’t recommend anything with a slide-out. No pull through. Water is centrally located.

Each site has electric. Some are 50 some are 30. All have 20A/110.

This is attached to a public park and next to a high school. It’s a very nice area. It is by the highway and the noise can get a little loud but when you’re inside it’s not noticeable.
