Had a wonderful experience here. Adorable family owned campground with lots of charm. The owners are super friendly and clearly take a lot of pride in maintaining the grounds and facilities, making for a pleasant stay. We stayed in a "Techno" site. These sites have power and water, but are pretty…
I had such a great experience for my first time visiting this campground. My boyfriend and i went camping with a small group and it was such a warm and welcoming environment. The campground was clean and well kept. We loved the beached areas that we could easily access the water and hop on our…

Clean. Well maintained. Very clear lake water. Mountain View’s. Bathhouse is clean. Very level site. Didn’t have to level my rig and 32 ft class c fit perfectly. This site has some privacy not too close to the other sites. Walking distance to a bathhouse, play ground, boat dock and a sandy beach .

Weekend hangout. Was pretty quiet for late fall. Nice facilities. Close to great MTB’n!
Beautiful site right on Lake. 2 main campgrounds. Plenty of place to walk. Beautiful scenery. Close to Columbia. 1.5 hour drive.
Quiet and breezy
Park is clean and safe lots are very close to one another. Bath house is clean but Foundation seems somewhat weak and wobbly. Pool was closed. Hook ups for water were marginal. 2.5 of 5
We stayed for 2 weeks we love it there close to grocery stores ,gas,Starbucks but secluded the thing we don’t like is that internet is spotty in that area made it hard to work from home
Initially, I was not impressed with Paris Mountain State Park. I was told to take a picture of the state park map at the kiosk unless I wanted to buy a park map. Things got better after that, however. There is a variety of sites from which to choose, and most of them are level. There were a few…

There are so many things to experience at or near this state park. My favorite section was the Living History Farm. There was also the old bath house at the lake, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Adjacent to the state park is King’s Mountain National Battlefield, so if you want…

Croft State Park is a really nice campground for RV and travel trailer camping. For tent camping, it is just okay. I say that because of the gravel surfaces at the campsites. Fortunately, I took a cot to sleep on, for even with a foam pad and an air mattress, I think sleeping would be…

This is a remote campground in the national forest, and it is close to equestrian camping as well. With that said, there will be horseflies. However, it is a quiet campground. A big disadvantage, as far as I am concerned, is that it does not have water access. With that said, plan to dry camp and…

The sites this time of year are amazing in the smokies. Hiking the entire trail is a definite must do.

We just finished a two week stay at Iron City Campground in Blacksburg, SC. Great campground. Lisa (the owner) was fantastic and super accommodating. We were in site 45 with full hookups. The pool/picnic area was clean. The sites were clean and arranged well and the entire campground is very…
