Quiet and Simple in a good way

The campground is very clean, nice spots with gravel and nice views. The store was stocked well with essentials, and the women running the store was very helpful and friendly. The campground is very well lit and can be navigated easily at night. The bathhouse was clean and only 1 bout of cold water why showering but a quick on and off of the water did the trick. The only downfall for us was the limited things to do with a child. They have a swinger but nothing else. It's hard to entertain on rainy days.

CLEAN, QUIET, AND REALLY NICE

We met up with the Jersey Gems(FMCA chapter) and attended our first-ever RV rally. This is a great spot for visiting Pennsylvania Amish of Lancaster County and about a one-hour drive to Hersheypark.

We stayed in site#106 which was level, covered in clean gravel, had a paver patio with table and chairs, and a nice fire ring with more chairs. The site was spacious and nicely shaded with tall trees. Full hook-ups with 50-amp service all worked fine.

This is a 5-star campground EXCEPT that there was no wi-fi or cable. It’s 2023 and internet connectivity is important. Also, we had rain one evening and it would have been nice to watch tv or stream a movie.

Bottom line: We enjoyed our time at Lancaster/ New Holland KOA and can’t wait to go back!

THINGS I LIKED: Clean and well-maintained property Quiet campground with friendly neighbors All of the RVs appeared well-maintained with no seasonal sites

THINGS I DISLIKED: No wi-fi service(at least in our area of the campground) No cable(at least at our site)

For what we needed, perfect

This is a wonderful campground that overlooks the valley, giving stunning views and a nice quiet atmosphere. There were only a handful of other campers here since the season just started but it’s a nice place. We stayed here about 16 years ago and it’s just as nice now, if not nicer. The staff is very nice.

Better than average KOA

Clean level sites with great views. Bathhouses are clean and adequate. 4 stars because I don’t give 5 stars to campsites with 2 pm check in time

Quiet and peaceful

First time here and sites are nice and level. Not too close to each other. Has a great view of the valley and Amish farms. Everyone has been very friendly. No pool but the kids seem to enjoy the playground.

KOA Lancaster PA

Had a really great RV experience at the Lancaster KOA. We have a 35 ft class A with a tow and selected an executive 1st row which gave us unobstructed views of the Amish farmland and lots of room (no shade). Place is spotless, great help at front desk. Will definitely come back

Beautiful little campground

This place is small but very very nice. It has awesome views. Nice little playground for the kids. We camped here couple weeks ago its close to kitchen kettle village and the outlets. This was a great place for us for the last camping of the season and to do Christmas shopping at the outlets

Beautiful view

Great no frills place to relax. No activities and not much open for touristy stuff due to Covid 19. But the daily views of fields, farmers plowing with horses or the buggys going by was great. The road seems highly traveled surring weekdays so I would suggest a site far from it. Pull throughs offer the best views. Some buddy sites also available in pull through area. Small dog park, too small for our two labs.

We were in site 50 for this trip, however if you have a decent sized rig I would steer clear of this row. The road for this row is narrow and there is a fence that makes backing in more difficult, especially for a 30+ ft travel trailer. The photo I included with the line of trees is a wider road, there is no fence and the sites are angled better for easy back in.
