Beautiful small campground

Campground is located along a beautiful Creek, that is accessible for play and fishing. There is also a small pond available for fishing. There is also a pool nice bath facilities and a good number of activities. campground is nestled in the middle of Amish country, and most weekends local Amish families come to sell their baked goods to campers. This campground does have a tendency to flood, but campground staff is always willing to help campers with exiting using their tractor if necessary. Campground has a playground with a basketball court and many activities including horseshoes and dances. Seasonal campers always make weekenders feel very welcome and welcome them to participate in campground activities.

Quaint creekside campground

If you're looking for a nice place to disconnect from everyday, you found your spot. The Muddy Creek borders the campground on one side, which is a really nice backdrop.  Sites are generally open and not very private, but the general vibe of the campground is slow pace and relaxing so you don't really mind the lack of privacy. We stayed during October and they had a scavenger hunt and hayrides for the kids in the evenings. Kids loved it. My daughter came up big with her first trout out of the Muddy Creek. Bathhouses aren't the best, but get the job done. Overall a great place to unwind and have some lifelong memories with the kiddos.

A true little gem!

We have been camping at Red Run for 4 summers now. It has become our favorite part of Summer! Small and intimate. The kids LOVE it here! Friendly faces and 'Good morning's from your campsite neighbors.

Quiet country campground

Very nice creek behind half of the sites. Lots of ducks to watch. Playground is nice and in the middle of the campground so no matter where you are it is not that far. Very large pond for fishing. Pool, arcade, nice little camp store. Bathrooms are decent although the showers could use a little updating. However, they get the job done. There is even a washer and dryer area. They have a lot of events for the kids which is great. Movie night, ice cream sundaes, there was a candy hunt that we attended. We love going here for a quick get away from home that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Our dog's love it here too because they can play in the creek.
