A vibrant Main Street in Stroudsburg with restaurants, breweries, wineries, and shops is just a few miles away.

Water, electricity (30 Amp RV Receptacle on the side of the studio but you will need your adapter), and WiFi is included in the base price.

The large circular driveway accommodates even the biggest vehicles, ensuring a stress-free parking experience. The studio 1:2 bath, kitchen, and patio or front deck will also be available for your use.

This property and its surroundings once belonged to the Penn Hills Honeymoon Resort and the park across the street was once a nine-hole golf course. The resort and golf course are long gone, and the area has returned to its natural state. The owners now operate prolific, soundproof recording studios on the premises. Tunnel Advisory:

Please know that traveling south from Tannersville on Cherry Lane Road leads to a small railroad tunnel with a 10’ 8” clearance just before the property. It is advised to take Route 715 S to Route 191 S from Tannersville and ultimately turn right on Cherry Lane Road from the southern end. The tunnel will not be a problem this way.
