DO NOT STAY HERE

REX COBLE is the owner of this campground. My father and I stayed here for months. Seemed like a good guy. We were so wrong. Left for another job and has been sitting there in storage until we were ready for hotshot. Paid 6 months advance $100/month for storage. Not even a week later it gets broken into. Police were involved. Report was made. Now he won't answer any of our calls. Acting like my father's camper isn't there. 2015 Sandpiper fifth wheel he stole from my father. The insurance agent we sent seen it was moved and hidden in the back by a pond and brick building. He ran that person off his property. Now we finally get an answer and he is demanding $2,500?! When he’s already been paid in full and for storage?! There is people living in it?!? Without our permission. I’m assuming his family or friends. All our belongings are gone. Inside is destroyed from multiple pit bulls living inside an people and outside from when they kept moving it to hide it. Our whole life was in there. The most inhumane thing you can do to someone. Having to get law involved once again. He never gave us any documentation when we moved in and always gave us the go around. Oh I’m busy or out of town response. Biggest crook and con of Anson County. I highly suggest you do not stay here or do any business with this person!
