Several guests found this urban boondocking spot convenient with clean facilities and adequate RV space. However, the location was permanently closed and developed into housing as of 2022.

clean flat spot

It was incredibly windy in vegas that day, so this was not a bad location at all. There’s enough street light to make the road feel safe but also not too much to make it difficult to sleep. This road is on one side of a park, and there is a small restroom at the opposite side of the park. Across the restroom, there is a church, so note the day of the week you plan to spend there. In a pinch, I would recommend this spot!

It’s free and clean

Ok so you can actually park in a few different spaces including the park because they have no parking restrictions. Plus the bathroom is clean and they have grills and picnic tables at the park so you can get out and stretch your legs or let the kids play. Super clean and the park is busy with fed ex or other companies enjoying lunch as well. Super clean so keep it that way! If you need a good boon-docking for a day or two it’s available!

Good urban boondocking

Thanks to whoever posted this. I had a hard time finding a good boondocking site in the city and this one is great. It looks like some construction will be going on nearby so be sure to check out the satellite view on Google Maps to make sure it hasn't been developed or something before you come. But as of 11/03/2020, it was a good boondocking site.
