WORST RV PARK!!

This is the worst RV park ever they are infested with cockroaches there's no maintenance whatsoever at the property they don't pick up trash they don't maintain sites they don't mow the grass for the pets it's utterly disgusting the bathroom showers are disgusting patched up drywall crumbling from the shower nozzles. Overall people in the office are rude when you make suggestion.

It’s Vegas

Nothing really much to the park. There’s a few grassy spots, but it’s mostly pavement, and sand, with very little shade. There is a casino next door and Sourdough Cafe is pretty good. Also from what I can tell, most of the lots are like this.

It’s good for the price

We’ve been here for 8 months now in 2 different locations and we’re new to the rv life. It’s nice because they have a flat rate, a clean area, and bathhouses with locks and 2 bathtubs. The pool closes at 10pm and security is just to enforce the silly rules. Only one car per lot and curfew at 10pm.

A lot of full timers

This park is clean and well kept. People cleaning each site so that’s a bonus! Once again this is Boulder highway and it’s a bad part of town doesn’t mean the park is bad just the area is so take precautions if you walk anywhere and make sure you lock your RV. This place doesn’t offer much but full hook-ups and partial hook-ups. The places are pretty jammed together and they don’t have tables. But they do have different areas to park. They do have the laundry room and a nice clean pool. Next door is the hotel with food and gambling so that’s always a bonus

Here are my star ratings based on my lifestyle and what I like. I'm also a mother, dog mama, and a wife so it's not just me it's my crew and i. 1 star- AUTOMATIC relocate… the property is no longer there, trashed or/and I could never have my children there and I wouldn't ever think about staying no matter what. 2 star- Not really my jam, and would NEVER go to again… It probably more of desert life and not really my style for sure…Being from Vegas I can't stand being in the desert and I love the Trees and the Green more than anything. 3 star- Would stay there again in a pinch, but not really my style, the reason its not is because not enough family things to do, the scenery, or the location… but I would go again and feel safe having my kiddos here but only if I needed to in a pinch. 4 star- a really good rating for sure, maybe needed some improvements, minor things like being on top of each other, not a lot of privacy, but honestly little cosmetic things that aren't anything to sweat and would be back again for sure. 5 star- MY FAVORITE… love the location, safety, the surroundings, big camp spots available to fit toys for my kids to play, hammocks to hang, our big family tent, cases of firewood, our suburban or RV, etcccccc….. I would not only come back but would live if I could!!! Anyway thanks for reading and enjoy every moment like it's your last! CHEERS!

Very clean and secure

The neighborhood was a little sketchy BUT once inside the campground it was awesome. You felt like you were in a resort, gated, clean, and the shower facilities were great. Sam’s Town Casino was not in the best shape. So we would just go into town to eat and sightseeing. Great experience

Level Of Decency Depends On Your Location

Let me just start off by saying, this casino itself has mixed reviews. Never has it been one of the most popular or known for the highest level of security, but on the flip side it isn't poorly patrolled and there isn't a lot of violence or homelessness that floats through the parking lot regularly. But again there are a lot of mixed reviews, maybe it is just a casino thing.

With that being said, depending on where you are located at this spot you might have a peaceful night or you might be irritated by the sound of cars and the parking garage. The placement of this parking area is not terrible for getting in and out, though the spaces seem a bit narrow and I can't imagine people with a lot of slide outs being comfortable moving around their rig.

When I stayed in Vegas I came to check it out and it just seemed like of all the locations in Vegas this one was better than some but less great than others. You do have access to all the amenities of the casino itself when staying here, that is a nice addition to your stay, however some of those amenities are outdated.

I see this more as a place where retirees go to enjoy things than younger people so if you are wanting something a bit more lively in way of an updated pool or booming bar experience it isn't here. If you are wanting something more to focus on relaxing in the casino itself and playing games then it might work better.
