Reservations are available year-round at Las Vegas RV Resort, an adults-only (18+) private park with full hookups running $33 to $88 per night depending on site type. The park sits several miles from the Strip, which means Uber or rideshare is the practical way to get there since navigating a large rig through Las Vegas traffic is not recommended. Entry and exit through the park's internal road layout can be tight, particularly for bigger rigs, and a few reviewers flag the surrounding neighborhood as rougher than expected once you step outside the gates. Inside, though, 24-hour staffed entry and security patrols on golf carts give the place a controlled, well-monitored feel.
Sites are on asphalt throughout, with palm trees planted at most spots providing some shade overhead. Pull-through "deluxe" sites are available and tend to offer more room, while some standard sites run closer together, with neighbors as near as 10 feet away. About 75% of the park's occupants are long-term residents, which shapes the atmosphere more toward a managed residential community than a traditional campground. Staff help guests park from the gate using a golf cart, and the facility accepts packages and mail, which long-termers and full-timers find useful.
Amenities include a pool and hot tub open year-round, an exercise room, a clubhouse lounge with recliners and a large TV, and one of the cleaner coin-operated laundry facilities campers report finding on the road. "Laundry facilities are very clean and maintained," notes Alex87, adding to bring quarters since the guardhouse can make change. The dog setup is notably thorough: four fenced areas, including a long run, cleaned daily and equipped with fresh water and bowls.
WiFi is available on-site, and AT&T cell service gets solid marks from reviewers. Sam's Town Casino, which includes a bowling alley and cinema, is within walking distance. The Strip runs about 20 minutes by rideshare, though travel time varies by time of day. Nearby alternatives worth comparing include Road Runner RV Park about a quarter mile southwest, and those researching the broader region can browse campgrounds near Henderson for additional context. Julia M. sums up the tradeoff well: "It is a drive to the strip and not in the nicest area outside the RV park gates, but it was a great spot for our stay." Book in advance during peak Vegas event weekends, when the park fills with long-term stays leaving fewer short-term sites available.
