We stayed in a Potomac river view site with water and electric hookups for our 17' Jayco hybrid. The river view was nice, but we were packed in with our neighbors like sardines and no shade. The road into the campground was badly in need of repair. Site was not level and infested with black flies.…
We love going every summer with our family and friends for a lot of Waterpark fun!

We stayed here with our van to enjoy being stationary for a few days. It’s a good campground. Site was clean and pretty level. We only used one block to level the van. There’s fire wood available to purchase at the camp host for $5 for what you can fit in a milk crate. They even have a cart you can…
It was raining… HEAVY… but that aside, it is a great little area along the river. You really need to be proficient at backing the RV into tight spaces… there is not a lot of room. There is a bizarre amount of traffic at the camp site, maybe due to the zip line adventures. It makes maneuvering…
Well groomed sites split into three main sections. Several hammock friendly (we were in 121 in the dogwood loop). Flat motorcycle parking, but bring a puck for your kick stand. Firewood and ice for sale at the check-in point. Quiet with modern bathrooms. Drinking water available. Fire pits have…
We only booked for one night. But we loved this campground so much that we added an extra night. Very close to Gettysburg (25 mins) and hiking at the falls. Sites were level and shaded. Bathrooms were very clean - and had lots of hooks in the shower room.

Boy oh boy. Where to begin. Trains. Literally every half hour a train goes right behind the campground, waking everybody up. If you're in a tent, that's not so great. Also theres a one way tunnel to get to the campground, and all these cars seem to thinks its really necessary to honk at least five…

The campground is small but has good amenities. A little outdated but a decent price. Some privacy which is nice.
It was okay other campsites were close and the bathroom is near ! No service and hard to get to the water… but I did have good dreams…. Also a lot of car traffic

Elderberry Loop is near the top of the mountain.
This is not a pet friendly loop.
Site 112 is level, mostly shaded, backs up to the woods and has electric.
The site is between two cabins. Not a problem except the cabins were empty and the ac was running. Noisy and kind of wasteful.

This was our first trip with our RV and it was a great experience. The staff is extremely nice and helpful with everything (especially Petey)! Our spot was on the river with a short walk to the boat ramp and access. It was very quiet, serene, & clean. Dog-friendly (seemed like everyone had a…

If you, like me, hate making reservations over the phone, it was worth it! Quick, simple, painless process.
Restrooms/showers: very clean, spacious, centrally located. My spot was in the back row and I didn't mind the walk
Lots: lots are really staggered/ set back from each other so…

There are spots of the camp ground for travel trailers that are right on top of each other. No big deal though as there is plenty to choose from. The tent sites are all wooded and nice. My site with my 26’ was tight to get into. Took a little maneuvering to get in but all is well. Overall, will…
This campground is conveniently located in the middle of the DC / Annapolis area and has a lot to offer! There are plenty of options, both for RV's and in general and the staff is super friendly!
Overall great sites, not many trees so some are exposed. There is a cool skate park right near the campground which is great if you like to use it, but can get a little loud in the evening. They also had on spot lights once dark. Great hiking, close to Great Falls. Kids also loved the water park!…
