Trenner Park - Idaho Power

Idaho Power manages this day-use only facility along the Snake River, where recent rule changes eliminated overnight camping options. The site provides handicap-accessible dock access and maintains bathroom facilities for visitors. Locals frequent the area for fishing along the Snake River and hiking the surrounding terrain.

The campground offers standard amenities including trash service and allows pets, though campers should plan for day trips rather than extended stays. Cell service reaches the area, making it accessible for those needing connectivity during outdoor activities. For overnight options, campers can explore camping near American Falls or consider Willow Bay Resort for extended stays.

Day camp only

They recently changed the rules to be day camping only. It’s an area that is visited a lot by locals but a pleasant spot. Great if you want to spend a day fishing or hiking along the Snake. There is also bathroom available and a handicap access dock
