Dove Rest RV Park is under new management. The park and some sites are currently under renovation, but we have plenty of room for overnight, short term and long term stays. The bathhouse has been recently renovated and we are expandling the laundry facilities. We are dog friendly and hope to have a dog run in place within the next few months. Our pull-thru sites are long and spacious. Since some site are under construction, our staff will escort you to a site closest to your camper specifications. We are conveniently located 3/4 mile south of I-10 at exit 142.

    Black Creek RV Park

Quiet campground with full hookups close to several beaches.

Excellent RV park. I hesitate to even bring attention to it because parks like this get booked out in a hurry. It's off the beaten path, in the woods about 15 minutes from the closest ocean.

There's a small park right off the bridge of 331 that has a small beach (Grady Brown Park). Panama City Beach is about a 40 minute drive depending on traffic. Destin is about 30 minutes depending on traffic.

The owners are very responsive to email and even let us do an overnight check in a day prior to our actual stay. Each site is large with a sand and gravel base. Full hook-ups, good water, and sewage.

Also, the park has amazing WiFi. I got great service with Verizon. My wife got great service with AT&T.

I will tell you, this is a pitch-black at night, quiet park and you don't see too many folks doing any of the typical RV park loitering. Seems like a lot of folks park their rigs and then head for the beaches.

We loved it here and will definitely come back. If you're looking for thrills and frills, this park isn't for you. If you're looking for full hook-ups, a quiet place to park your rig, and peace and quiet, this is a great spot. We brought our 17 foot long tow vehicle and 33 foot camper and had no problem getting into our spot. Plenty of space between sites.

    Such a nice park!

Beautiful, quiet country setting. Loved it!! Saw deer, many birds and gorgeous sunsets. Spacious sites with cement pads. Full hook-ups except cable. Able to get multiple channels with antenna only. Very nice clubhouse, pool, restrooms and laundry. Everything inside and out is immaculate. Fenced dog park with toys and obstacles. Gated RV park so only park guests are driving in. Manager, Stacey, cheerful and kind. Obviously enjoys her job. Park is within easy driving distance to 4 state parks and several small towns so we took day trips to sightsee. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

    PERFECT

This park is beautiful. Lagoon on one side, ocean on the other. Very clean and level sites. Full hook-ups, camp store, laundry, public bathrooms. Backed up right to ocean. Couldn’t ask for much better.

    Convenient and clean

This is a simple, no frills RV park with full hookups. There are no views of the bay or other scenic views but it is quiet and clean with level concrete pads. It also has one small bath house. The downside is that there are “grass burrs” everywhere in the sparse grassy areas if you want to walk a dog but there is a dog park.

    Grayton Beach State Park Campground

    Awesome!

This place was great; perfect location, quiet campground, short walk/bike to the beach, full hook-ups.  Site was clean and level.  Not far from all the offerings of 30A (but we were there mostly to camp).  Hit the beach for a beautiful sunset each night.  Biked in the forest across the street and biked up and down 30A a bit.  Definitely planning on coming back sometime.

PROS: Great big, full hook-up sites with a fair amount of privacy

    Close to the beach

    Close to 3oA and shops

    Bike path right out front

CONS: Not too much to complain about - would be nice to be ON the beach but...

    Mac’s Point

    Quiet with a beautiful view

We stayed for the weekend. Our camper was located directly on beautiful Lake Seminole. The campground is spacious with full hook up to include sewer, water and electric. There was plenty of room for parking.

I did not use the facilities so I can't comment on them. I do think the grass could have been mowed a little more recent.

    Beautiful!

Great little campground. Several miles of walking paths around (part of) lake. Walk into town is about a mile. Half the sites are on the water, other half backs to trees. Full hook ups, good restroom/shower. First come, pay at the front building.

    Raccoon River Campground

    Great location

This campground is 1 block from the beach and pier parking lot. Thats the best thing about this campground, Location. We stayed here in Oct 2019. Sites have  FHU with cable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Campground did have some long term camping but it was soon after hurricane Michael. Grounds were clean. Bath house clean and operated normal but could use updating. Sites are very tight, Closest sites we have experienced at any campground. We will go back someday mostly for the location.

PS. difficult to back into sites on the front side of the campground due to tightness of sites and narrow road. Every time someone arrived or departed, Other campers would move vehicles to help ingress/egress.

    RV by the Water

Privately owned resort with gated entry-code only. Quiet and relaxing with nicely land scape sites. Full Hook-up at all the sites. Big rig easy access. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed our stay. They have everything covered- great store, pool, showers you will envy, laundry mat, and fishing peers. A little pricey, but it’s worth the splurge. You will appreciate what they offer.

    Can’t say enough!!

This is one of our favorite state parks! Make reservations early, they book up quick! You can make reservations 11 months in advance but we have scored a site setting up a cancellation notification.

The jetty area is perfect for young kids, it’s shallow enough for them to play and very little waves. Water is beautiful!! Be sure to bring your own chairs and umbrella, they are expensive to rent.

Campground has full hook ups, big rig friendly, laundry (bring your own quarters) and clean bath houses!

    Cheap w/ Passport America

Pros: quiet, level site, full hookups that all functioned, friendly work campers.

Cons: Very dated facilities in need of updates. Rec room is a "wreck." There are signs of patchwork repair and stalled projects everywhere. Very few services or businesses within 20 miles.

ATT IS GREAT! I did not try the wifi. I did not check out the laundry or exercise room.

    Beautiful campground DISHONEST MANAGER JULIE

Beware of your billing. They will over charge you. Just a FYI to my camping friends. We are staying at Sun Outdoors Panama City Beach. While it’s a beautiful place with lots of amenities, don’t pay extra for the LOCK SITE. We have had a reservation for over 6 months and paid the Lock Fee for Site 73. We cancelled one night on the end of our stay within there guidelines. Julie, THE MANAGER, sent us an updated bill. She increased the lock fee to$50, increased the price of each night stay AND CHANGED OUR SITE. When I called her she did cancel the site lock fee and corrected the price per night but told us SITE 73 is under construction and she had to switch a lot of people around because of it. We get here and Site 73 is not under construction and she gave it to someone else. I sent her a message and ask her why she did that and she won’t respond. BEWARE OF YOUR CHARGES AT THIS PARK. UPDATE: She issued us 10% credit for not getting the Site we chose that she moved us. THE POINT IS YOU ABSOLUTELY LIED AND DID NOT FOLLOW YOUR RULES AND POLICY. This park was EMERALD COAST RV RESORT in Panama City Beach at 1957 Allison Ave. SUN OUTDOORS took it over.

    Pretty as a picture

Grayton State Park lot #35 with full hook ups including sewer on the site. We were very lucky that they had one opening for Easter weekend, and with the Reserve membership the cost was $40 total for two nights. The lots was perfect for our RV and a friend's large tent. Each site had direct access to the clean and well kept showers and bathrooms. The campgrounds were beautifully maintained and of course the beach was jaw dropping. The beach was about a half a mile from the site, a very nice walk or bike ride. Also had a bathhouse at the entrance to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. While near Destin, visit Crab Island..the green clearr water is unbelievable..

    Great place to overnight

New park only been open a few months. Level lots 3/4 mile off the hwy so its very quiet. Full hook up 50,30 and 20 amp. Saw a turkey gobbler in the driveway when I pulled in. Owner says there are about 40 in the area and a few deer. Horse barn is under construction but he did have available pastures.. catch and release fishpond with a nice dock..most sites are 75 ft pull through gravel and grass. I stayed in site 24 but there was lots of availability. Half the park was available , he's just opened. Bathrooms and laundry are still under construction. There were a few travel nurses staying here but everyone else met was passing through. I stayed longer than planned because it wasn't expensive and very quiet. Stores and post office are 3 miles away. Its really a big farm with a persimmon orchard but I missed harvest season. Persimmons are ripe October-December. Owner has 230 Japanese persimmon trees. I'd like to return at harvest time.

    Newer campground

Newer RV park. Clean restrooms. Pool and dog park are some of the amenities. There is a boat ramp and docks/slips, but the lake was almost empty - no fault of the campground. Some sites are paved some are not. No privacy between sites. Electric capacity lacking. Only had an amp hookup but needed outlets for our popup. No fire rings - need to rent. There is a store/gas station at the front of the park. Would not stay again for personal preference.

    Please read this review!

We were evacuated, hurricane Milton, and found this as the last place that had a place only four of the spots have electrical. It’s very very backwards, camping, huge mosquitoes, huge bugs, alligators in the lake, bear boxes and bear meat racks, the road to it is terrible very very bumpy like driving over a river. You need to be almost in an off-road SUV vehicle to get to it and it’s 2 miles… Once you get there it’s just downright scary! The only good thing that we found out out of this is that there is an unknown RV park 10 miles down the road off of Bristol called River Landing RV park because they’re not listed on any of the pages so far we didn’t find them. But you can look them up online. I don’t know if I’ll be allowed to post their link here but if so, here it is. https://riverlandingrvpark.com/ Even the host of the other place sent us here
