Most beautiful sunset

What a great place! It’s a little close together but with the very long and spacious outdoor area near the water, it makes up for it. Great staff and communication during the reservations and after.

Better than I expected

Honestly, I didn’t expect to like this place as much as I did. The sites are SMALL and that’s an understatement. Can’t put awnings out. Your real site area is behind you, but bc your all packed so tightly together, it’s really all just shared space. Normally, this is not my cup of tea, but everyone is so friendly and the evenings when everyone is out watching the sunset is very nice. No one is loud and obnoxious. Everyone is just peacefully enjoying the view and atmosphere.

They have a fishing pier which is great. And we’ve enjoyed hanging out with our fellow camping neighbors.

There’s definitely some noise from the bridge, but you can’t beat the view and proximity to the water.

We unfortunately had some issues with our motorhome and have to stay and wait for parts to repair, staff is so friendly and have been helpful and accommodating.

Highly recommend as long as you enjoy peaceful, quiet, friendly atmosphere. If you lie rowdy, loud, party vibe, please stay away.

Must enjoy the area.

Nice campground on the bay with great sunsets. Friendly staff. Sites are very close. Just enough(sometimes) room to put out the awning.

Nice people staying here. Some folks for one day and many for longer stays. We stayed two weeks.

Wish I could give 4.5 stars

This is a great little campground for many reasons. Staff are very nice. The park is older so has mature trees providing shade to most sites. Yet it is not a worn down park and was very busy on the weekend. The gardens are lovely. The pool area is beautiful, although a bit small. The bathrooms are newish and tasteful. The views of the bay and bridge are very pretty and the pier is in great shape (although I wish there was some shade provided). Sites are gravel and leaves have built up some but they provide a nice platform with pavers and a picnic table at each. Some sites are smallish; some are moderate. Plan to be close to your neighbors if you select a water sight.

Amazing Sunset

This campground's setting advertises great sunsets and it lives up to that. We had a waterfront site. The back of our site has lots of and trees to the bay beach. All the hookups were newer. The pool looked refreshing and the bath house was clean. I gave ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the sites were tight, but with the canopy and slide out it fit exactly (I personally like more room between neighbors) and no grills (did have a fire circle.) Park is big rig friendly. If you visit book a water front site in the teens #s, because your back yard is unbeatable.

No cancelations

Had to cancel my reservations. Even though they offered to reschedule they will not give you your money back. Was not able to reschedule so I lost my money ($115)

Right on the water!!!

This campground is a perfect place for a long weekend. Family owned and operated! It's small and the sites are tight BUT get a water front and all that fades away!!! The sunsets are fantastic. There is a fishing pier and small beach. The bath house is sparkling clean and the pool is great! I will be back!

Nice quiet campground

Stayed for the week on a waterfront lot. Very roomy between the RV and the water but tight quarters on either side. Not much to do in the area but the little aquarium in Panacea is worth a visit. Would stay again but for a shorter time.

Amenities

Quiet small pan handle town, if you like fishing nice long dock with cleaning station. Campground is a little tight for sites, but plenty of amenities sewer hookup, water and cable. I liked it for the peace and quiet, but lacked trails for walking or biking.
