All RV sites feature 45-ft concrete pads with Eaton pedestals providing 50/30/20-amp electric service, water, and sewer hookups. The park includes a bathhouse with showers, a laundry facility, free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a hot tub/spa, and a dedicated dog park. Both pull-through and back-in sites are available. A two-night minimum stay is required.

The park sits directly on the Capitol City to the Sea Bike Trail, offering immediate trail access to Mashes Sands Beach (approximately 2.5 miles) and a long-distance route toward Tallahassee. Fishing is available nearby at Mashes Sand Ramp for both freshwater and saltwater species, and limited complimentary boat parking is provided on-site.
