SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

A working ranch outside Livermore sets the backdrop for this private RV park in northern Colorado, where open grassland replaces the tree cover most campgrounds rely on. Sites are minimal in number and fully exposed to the sky, which means no shade but unobstructed sightlines across the surrounding range. Pronghorn occasionally wander through. The setup is straightforward: water hookups, picnic tables, firewood on-site, and rigs up to 65 feet accommodated without issue.

The host is a notable part of the experience here. Reviewers mention homemade cinnamon rolls and charcuterie boards available on request, and the hosts stay on-site and accessible throughout your stay. Beth W. sums it up well: "Horses and pronghorn made for the perfect, quiet neighbors." Verizon 5G signal has tested strong at this location, a useful data point for remote workers or those relying on mobile connectivity. Pets are welcome.

Rates run $55 to $58 per night. A horseback riding stable is within roughly 20 minutes of the property, adding an activity option for those inclined. Nearby, Fort Collins / Poudre Canyon KOA offers a more developed alternative if full hookups or shade are priorities. Reservations are available and worth booking in advance, particularly for summer weekends when ranch-style stays in this part of Colorado draw steady interest.

Thank you, Beth! I wonder if you saw the coyote chasing the pronghorn’s around 7:30 PM last night? That’s some thing I have never seen before. Your camper is absolutely beautiful and you’re welcome back anytime.

Cute place and no other campers

It’s an open area, ie no shade and it’s simple boondocking (which we like). Peaceful, open area, minimal sites with good views and also had some horse petting time.
