Very disappointing

RV site not level at all. Picnic table covered in bird poop, tree branches hanging low our TT barely fit under them. Cow smell was terrible and lots of flies. Would not stay there again.

Full hookups

We were extremely happy to find a site on Labor Day wkend with full hookups. The workers are very helpful. The laundry was excellent & provided an ironing bd & iron on request. Nice campstore for basics. But NO fault of KOA campground but there is a very large feedlot just down the road & if wind is in the wrong direction you will have odor & flies. We are retired dairyfarmers so we were accustomed to it.

Impressive

Clean, well-kept campground with full outdoor kitchen, pool and play areas. The staff were extremely kind. One of the best KOA’s we have stayed at. As a couple reviewers have mentioned, there may be a livestock smell depending on the wind direction, but we only noticed it once and it was bothersome.

Long Day's Journey

We stayed on our way to the northwest. It was a welcome sight to have a level site with full hook-ups.

Spotless Overnighter

This is a KOA journey, meaning it’s great for a stopover, and it is located next to a horse farm. If you are used to smelling farm life, then the smell won’t be a problem. This KOA is also one with long term/monthly residents but I will say the office, laundry and bathrooms were absolutely spotless! We spent 2 nights in our RV and a full day driving Poudre Canyon and it was perfect just for that. The staff was very accommodating! Office is open 8a - 8p.

Ok for a stopover

Lots of long term semi-dilapidated rv’s here. It’s near a ranch, so there are some animal smells and quite a few flies. We also had a lot of earwig bugs at our site. New playground equipment was nice, and the store was well stocked. Try to get one of the spots closer to the playground side as they seem better maintained.

Last minute save

We needed a stop on the way out of Colorado and grabbed a quick night here in a tent site. Water was off for weather but stoves made much needed coffee in the cold.

Hope this isn’t normal!

We stayed at this KOA on a road trip. We got in late and honestly had a not so great night. The campground is located directly next to a farm and the air had the stench of recently laid manure. The cabin was in pretty rough shape as well. Maybe we just stayed on a bad night, but we regretted not staying in a hotel.
