Roosevelt National Forest operates Upper Narrows Campground along the Cache la Poudre River, offering seven sites with direct water access. The Forest Service maintains this established campground from mid-May through mid-October at $29 per night, with reservations available for advance planning.
Sites accommodate RVs up to 60 feet and provide generous spacing among trees. Campers report rough access conditions leading to the campground, so vehicles should be prepared for challenging road surfaces. The river location supports fishing and kayaking activities, while pets are welcome throughout the facility.
