Nice park

Stopped here after doing some dispersed camping near the sand dunes. Super clean and private area and great price for full connections. Will be back when I start living in my camper full time.

Base.Camp!

This was an amazing campground! Simple and spread out from your neighbor! We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, experienced all kinds of weather, did our laundry in the super nice and clean building that housed laundry and 4 individual showers, and enjoyed the drives to Durango, Silverton, Great Sand Dunes National Park, and Pagosa Springs! We tried a few restaurants in town and most allowed dogs on the patios! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It can be windy at night but the sunsets and sunrises are guaranteed to wow you!

Open Space Lots of Stars

Stayed 3 days back in March 2020. This is a well maintained no thrills RV park in the desert region of Colorado. Flat and level spaces that can accommodate any size RV. Large clean laundry facility and clean restroom and showers. Beautiful at night watching the stars but WINDY WINDY WINDY during the day. Good location to access dunes and south west park of Colorado. Did I say it was windy here!? It’s windy!

Well kept park.

Nice park to stay at. Clean, friendly, and wasn't an issue showing up or leaving. Water, 30amp, and sewer are right next to each other which I prefer. Dirt pad wasn't too bad to level our rig. Took a couple blocks to level it out. Site had a fire ring, and a picnic table with a trash can right at the site. They have a shower on site, we didn't use but it was nice knowing it was there. Driving to the site was clearly marked, we were in the back of the park and the WiFi was about 2 bars. Overall the park was really nice, but the thing I loved the most was the view of the stars.

Clean and Well Maintained

My daughter and I stayed here. While it looks desolate in our pictures, it was clean, well set-up, and a very nice campground. There was a family home on the grounds and a camp host at the entrance. We felt very safe. Each campsite had a nice picnic table and fire ring. The shower house was fairly new and wonderful. Our destination was the Sand Dunes and the location of the campground was perfect. Plus, the views were beautiful!

Simple and quiet

The campsite was clean and simple with a fire ring, picnic table, and trash can (tent site). The bath house with private restrooms and showers is a great relief after a long day. Landscape is natural with great views of the mountains, only downfall is no trees, so no shade. Fairly close to fellow campers but our neighbors are friendly and quiet. Only 20 minutes from Sand Dunes.

Scenic and all encompassing

The landscape is absolutely beautiful, a perfect view of the mountains and close proximity to Alamosa grocery stores and Great Sand Dunes National Park. Super friendly camp host as well! Amazing and private bathrooms! Very clean overall. Fire rings and trash cans too.
