New Management, Pool, spa, Clubhouse, Showers, laundry rooms, Ping pong, Billiards table, Piano, , Clean and fun. Can accommodate 45' Rigs. Clean sites with 30 and 50 amp. Daily weekly monthly.

Move along there is nothing to see here. Dirty bathrooms and old dilapidated buildings.

GuideWouldn't stay again
Lukewarm showers, can't drink the water at campsite due to heavy metals. Reverse osmosis on site. Not really worth the money you pay considering all the free options nearby.

Located 25 miles from Indio and La Quinta. From Eastbound I-10 , take Exit 145, and go south on California State Hwy. 86 S., go approximately 19 miles, and turn right onto 81st. Avenue. The park is located on the left (south side). From Westbound I-10, Take Exit 146, turn left onto Dillion Rd/I-10 Bus, go approximately 3/4 mile to California State Hwy. 86 S, and turn left. Go approximately 19 miles, and turn right onto 81st. Avenue. The park is on the left (south side). (NOTE: You can reach 81st Avenue from the north and south bound lanes of 86.)
