Great big trees and tons of vacancy. Friendly hosts and clean bathrooms. They provide water for putting out fires at each site, which was nice. Almost all the sites are perfect. Plenty to choose from. It’s far enough from the main toad that you barely hear any car noise.
Had a wonderful time at Camp Lotus! Staff is very nice. Appreciate the grassy camping spots, showers, and restrooms! For your convenience, there is an on-site deli that serves breakfast, lunch, and pastries. There is also a store where they sell ice, drinks, ice cream, snacks, toiletries, and…
It’s best in the spring and fall. It’s nice and quiet and the spots are not too close to each other. Staff is nice and grounds are clean.
We checked in and had reservations but it’s a first come first serve sites! They have different sections that cost more… the closer you are to the river, the more it will cost. It ranges from $5 to $20 bucks more a night. They say NO saving sites but people do and if your new to the campground it’s…

It was a wonderful birthday camping with my family and I just loved it. Staff a very friendly and our site was just a walking distance to the bathrooms.
Our group has been camping at Sly Park together and respectively since 1996, and we can't ever get enough. It's a very popular camping spot, so I recommend planning and reserving sometimes several months in advance. Weekends book up quickly, but weekday camping is easy to find.
They have several…

Pinecrest was an amazing place at the edge of the Stanislaus national forest. The community is great, the campground and bathrooms were very well maintained. It was a 10min walk to the lake. If you’re into fishing, there are trout in the area with some nice fishing spots labeled on the paper map.…
The area is nice, it is not near the lake but the lake is only a small drive away. The place is crowded and they pack you in here, but our site (113) was a nice place in the corner. There are much better sites with more room near the dog park if you are looking for more space.
This is not my usual type of campground. When we bought our RV, we had a free trial membership offer Andy here we are.
This is a private campground tine share system. We actually decided to buy in because of some of the services the offer. Locations also meet our meet.
Way huge depths of camp ground area... Water is nice excluding the dirty appearance it was fun taking the boat out there
Well maintained campgrounds, level and plenty of space for our 35 ft trailer and truck. Close to the water and trails. Overall very nice and will definitely return.
I was worried about our pop up camper not being able to fit in the “tent only sites”, but it ended up being perfect.
The sun shade provided in the tent sites came in handy when we had a short moment of rain. It was also much appreciated during the sunny weather.
Beautiful view of the river but…
Campground is situated on a very long narrow dirt road. Besides the proximity to Yosemite this campground was not a favorite. 2 had the best shade and it gets hot.

Love this campground because of it’s close proximity to the Stanislaus River. There are 28 first come first serve RV and Tent sites. There are interesting granite rock formations in and around the campground. Potable water, fire rings, picnic tables and garbage receptacles round out the…

Right off highway 108 on Sonora Pass. There are two entrances to the campground. This is a first come first serve campground with a total of 33 sites. There are vault toilets, tables and fire rings at each site.
