Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat.

It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

The Park is set in a pretty riverside meadow with 17 riverfront sites. From all sites you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the White River, just a few feet away. GuideWe reserved a pull thru for an overnight stay between Memphis and Springfield, MO. This was right on the highway, but no road noise. Check in was super easy, full hook ups and easy in and out. Looks like they changed the name to Silver Springs RV park. Enjoyed the pool.

We stay here 3 or 4 times a year, they have lots to offer. Bike/hiking trails, horse shoe pits, basketball court, a very large picnic area a store with thing's if you forget something, very nice bathrooms with showers. They offer tent camping area that's pretty nice, and rv camp site with Full hook ups and some with just water and electric. It's a must see, also, some site are available year round

We love this campground. We love having direct access to creek. It is kayak, family, pet friendly. The only thing it is lacking is internet connection, which for us is a plus for disconnecting. All sites are reasonably level. Site F is the premium and most secluded full hook up site. They have all levels of sites: primitive, water and electric, or full. Their small store has firewood and many other convenient items for sale. We take our own kayaks, but they do have rentals. They have public showers and restrooms, but the restrooms are currently closed due to renovations. It’s really one of our favorite local sites to camp.

Mountain View is a great small town in the Arkansas Ozarks. This is not the place to come if you have to be entertained but can make your own fun or settle back and relax. Whitewater RV Park sounds exciting, high speed but no. Time to kickback, read a book, head to the square and listen to the ozark mountain music they are famous for. You can find all kinds of things to do and a place to stay is at Whitewater RV Park on a quiet town street not that far off from the court square. Free WiFi and if you pay extra you can get high speed wireless. Cable tv, pull through sites, dump station, full hook ups, laundry, shower house, flush toilets. This park has mature trees with lots of shade. It is located walking distance from the courthouse which is in the middle of the square. Granted it is UP the hill but it makes for a nice walk. In the square during the season you will often find locals and visitors picking and singing. It is a treat and free for the enjoyment. Mountain View also has one of the few remaining Drive In movie theaters. Check this place out for the weekly and monthly rates. Stay six nights and get seventh one free.
For a small town Mountain View has so much to offer it’s guests. It brings our minds to days gone be. Weekends will find pickers on the square or concerts at Ozark Folk Center. Few campgrounds have pools but you can find a creek to dip your toes in. You have your choice of stand up paddle board canoe kayak Loco Ropes mountain biking hiking antiquing movie’s trail rides fishing I think you have the idea. MOVIES. Mountain View has a movie theater and one of the few drive in theaters left in th USA. Both offer first run movies.

GuideWe stayed at this campground 1 night on our way between COVID-19 quarantine locations. We found the park easy to navigate (no tight turns). Large semi paved spaces (I say semi paved because the concrete pads were crumbling at least in our spot). Good separation between sites with picnic tables, no shade but they do have a dog park. Hookups were easy to reach and appeared to be in good repair. Decent water pressure. Many of the spaces were permanent campers or long term workers but it felt safe and appeared well maintained.

You will love this campground. It's a beautiful rv resort next to the water. Step out of your rv and you will see some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere in the United States. Michael is the director of the campground and he is so very helpful and congenial. We travel to many states but this campground is our very favorite and if you like or love to fish, this is your place! Go see for yourselves and we will probably see you there!!

This is camping, not an RV park. Gravel roads and uneven RV spots with uneven picnic/fire pit areas. One or two trees between most campsites, but very open. My site had 30 amp electric, water, and sewer. It had cable tv, which I didn’t use. Ask about 50 amp electric. Bathrooms looked clean but they are located by the general store on the way to the river. River was completely wooded with a large dock and moorage. I did not notice laundry facilities. There is a general store, but nobody to help you park. Lots of space, so that wouldn’t be a problem. Do expecting level your rig as most spots are uneven.
While the resort is surrounded by River and trees it’s a short drive into civilization.

The state park is located on Table Rock Lake and offers 2 campgrounds. RV hookups and tent camping available. Each site has a picnic table, fire pit with grill cover and a paved area. Some of the spots are rocky so keep that in mind. There is also a bathhouse, fairly clean. While we were there we went to the Dewey Short Visitor Center which was really neat. There is also some hiking and a playground for the kids! Close to Branson, MO. I would highly recommend a tour of Dogwood Canyons while in the area!

Private campground, some full hook ups, some electric only, andsome primitive. Water is shared and can be 50 feet from your campsite. Nice big trees, mostly level parking, which is saying something considering it's the ozarks! Bull Shoals lake is lovely. Marina and restaurant at the campground. Ice available. Nice bathrooms. Walk to swim from the shore. No beach but rocks to jump from into incredibly deep water.

We were able to get a spot the same day as our request. RV spots are able to accommodate a 44 foot coach. Gravel parking and level. Good Full hookups. Sprint has strong signal. Also has a RV wash area.

First, the park is nothing like the picture. The park is basically host to long term residents who work in Branson. James, the manager, was helpful and apologized for the homeless that hang out in and around the park. I would not recommend this park for the traveling RVer who is looking for a camper friendly park.

We have been coming to this park for years. We did not stay here last couple of years due to the amount of Longterm campers that had trashed the place. The new Owners have really cleaned up the park and gotten rid of so many of the problems that were bringing this once loved park down.
They have since cleaned up the park, gotten rid of the long term campers who were not friendly and were frankly scary. They've implemented security and rules and hired a fantastic manager.
They have brought in new facility, renovated the office and community room and are adding new pads. Added a new community fire pit and bbq area and have cook outs with the guests on weekends. The handful of long term guests who have stayed are extremely friendly and love the changes that have happened.
That is ultimately why we decided to give it another try and we are so glad we did!
So happy to have this once amazing park coming back to life.

Have stayed here couple of times and only in full hook up. The sites are so very small we can't put out a rug or awning if someone is camping beside us. Have never been in shower house personally but father and brother both said not clean.

Loved, loved, loved staying here! Hosts were gracious and easy to work with. Location is great for all the outdoor activities and is close to the fun in Branson. Edgewater has all the amenities you could want; great views, a lake to fish, swim, or boat in, a pool and a playground. We stayed in our RV and found the sites to be level, clean, and private. They are nestled by the lake with a privacy fence separating the spacious sites. Each site is full hook-up (back-in) with no obstructions. Each site came with their own newly constructed fire pit and picnic table. Our stay was lengthy and the pricing fair. Our family will definitely be back!
ScoutThe Cooper Creek resort is a clean campground on the shore of Lake Taneycomo close to all the Branson activities including the Branson Landing. All the sites are full hook up and full of trees. We stayed in March and the resort was pretty empty and very quiet. Very good military discount. This is the second time staying and will definitely return again.

We stayed here for 1 night as we were passing through the area. The campground managers are super friendly and had lots of good information on the area. They took us to look at sites first to see which one we would like. He then helped us park. Sites are pull thru with full hook ups including robust cable TV channels and screaming fast wifi. Also used the laundry room, which was clean and reasonably priced.
ScoutMy wife and I camped here for four nights. Overall it was nice, but there were some things that I wish we knew. The location is great in the sense that it’s easy to get to and it’s laid out well. Unfortunately, it’s directly under an overpass and it is loud- loud enough that I used ear plugs at night.
It’s located on the White river and has a very nice gravel boat ramp, which is a big positive. It also has fishing access during low water.
The WiFi is excellent and the staff are super helpful and friendly.
The biggest plus for us is the bathrooms were among the best that we have found. They’re clean and fairly new.
There is plenty of property to walk and they were very pet friendly. It looks like many of the guests are long term residents.

Dogwood Springs in Jasper AR is definitely rustic and unpolished with regard to its setting. RV sites do have full hook-ups although we had an issue with the sewer draining properly on site 31. With only one bath room each for men and women and one shower each as well, they do provide the basics. We had an opportunity to peek into a cabin and we were very impressed with the set up, having a full bath and mini-kitchen. It was well appointed and inviting.
The lay-out of the campground is a bit odd in that some sites are only accessible by driving through another.
The view from site 31 included that of Round top mountain but also vacant, declining commercial buildings near the campground.
Proximity to stores and restaurants in Jasper was handy.
ScoutWas visiting my dad who stays in the park recently as a long term guest and have to say that they have done a lot the last few months under new management.
My dad's neighbors were not the nicest people and they had two large dogs they allowed to crap everywhere and would never clean up their area.
There were multiple complaints about the problem to the previous owners and nothing was done.
The new owners came in, in December and quickly cleared out the problem guests made everyone clean everything up and made the place back to its former glory.
They have also made it a point to personally know my elderly father and keep an eye on him for us so we know he is safe and being looked after while he enjoys the park with his dog.
They have made sure that the spaces are clean. Got rid of the unsafe guests who decided to take the place over and have made it a safe beautiful spot to stay once again!
So thankful they purchased the park and made it a safe and wonderful spot for the family to visit and a wonderful spot for my dad to enjoy his time.

TravelerWhen we booked this RV resort online months ago, we were able to reserve specific lots so that us and our friends could park our RV’s next to or close to one another for the duration of our trip. Based on the information online, we reserved, paid and confirmed for those specific lots. We drove 5 hours with two families and two RV’s to find out that we were not placed in the lots we reserved nor were we anywhere close to the family that we were traveling with. When we asked about the issue, all we were told is“im sorry” with a few shoulder shrugs… so since we drove all day and were there and tired, we set up anyways thinking it would be fine and we would just deal with it. They did tell us we could rent a golf cart for an additional$65/day, but why would we pay more for something that wasnt even our doing. No thanks. After setting up everything, we were very excited to head to the beautiful pool that we saw advertised online. Turns out, the pool pictured on their website is for“owners” only. As visitors, we were only allowed access to a smaller pool. We were disappointed to hear this and if I was at any other“resort” or hotel, I would have left. Its just not what we were lead to believe we were paying for. We decided to still give it a try and when we got to the small pool…. Ugh… it was absolutely disgusting! The walls of the pool were green, the water was cloudy and there were about 3 chairs available. I was afraid to even let my kids swim in it! Ew! To get out during the day, We rented a boat from a different marina(bc they do not offer a boat service like their website says) Go to Cricket Creek Marina! Way better!! We will not be going back to this resort. Although the grounds were pretty… any KOA blows this place away when it comes to being family friendly. We travel all over the country with our RV and this resort, by far, has been the most disappointing. 1 star overall, 2 stars just because the location is on the lake. Save your money.
GuideThe owners were very friendly and helped direct us to our site and made sure we got backed in with no issue. It is a ”resort” style campground meaning your parked very close to each other. Considering it’s one of the few, if not only full hook up site in the Jasper area we figured we would give it a shot. There was a review mentioning being blocked in since there 2 campers on one row. That is true that 2 camper share a row, however the owners made it clear that it’s planned out that we wouldn’t be blocked in. They plan a long and a short trailer so there’s plenty of room length wise, the person parked in front of you is also checking out a day before you. On top of all that, there is always room to hookup your truck and leave, it’s just a tight fit and more of a parallel parking situation to get to your hitch. Showers and bathrooms were spotless. I also had very slow draining sewer hookup. I think they’re working on that, they had a plumber on site snaking the drains. Overall absolutely no complaints, it’s exactly how it’s portrayed on sites. Not my typical camping setup but for being a resort style, still was a great trip.
ScoutWe didn't stay for long only a few days. But we have visited years ago and enjoyed the park.
We came back a little over a year ago and drove right back out. Recently were told it had been purchased and the new owners were cleaning the place out so we decided to give it a shot with the family for a short visit to decide if we'd come back for a longer visit later.
We had a great time! The place has been fully overhauled.
They are still doing some odds and ends but it wasn't bothersome.
The new manager is fantastic. she was so nice and is constantly running around planting and making sure everyone is doing well.
There's a hand full of long term guests that remained and we were told that the new owners really cleaned out all of the problem guests making it such an enjoyable place for them that they want to do cook outs with the guests and meet new friends again.
They are really working hard on making this place a great place for families to to come and have a good time and the guests are really appreciating all they are doing.
Everyone we talked with was so happy to sit and chat and just get to know each other around the community fire pit.
So happy to not have to go back to the state park now that this place is on track to being the great place it once was.

RV sites are level, have concrete pad and tables. You can request a fire ring. There is a bathhouse, but we didn’t use it. Very clean, lots of trees, and WiFi!
