Gypsy Soul Villa and RV Park currently has RV spaces available with 50 amp electric, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi. Big Rig Friendly. There is a central fire pit with a playland for kids.
These spaces will come with a picnic table and chairs for relaxing.
The spaces were just finished this week so the pictures still show the construction.
Rent is $500 per month, per space, including utilities. We will do month to month or up to a 1 year lease.
We are located about 6 miles north of Yellville, AR off Hwy 14.
We are in a rural setting with beautiful sunsets.
The property has our home, 5 cabins, and 4 RV spaces on 55 acres. About 5 acres are cleared and the rest are wooded.
We have bees, goats, and chickens and are in the process of building an above ground community garden.
We are pet friendly, drama and drug free.
