14 day stay with $6 permit. Beautiful location with 10+ spots.
We enjoyed 3 nights and decided to stay 3 more. We went to the office to see if we could get the space. The man at the desk said that it was no problem. He said to come back in the morning. My husband asked what time the office opened in the morning. (8 am) But we were told to not come back…
We got the last spot in the park to stop over for 3 nights. Lots are spacious. We have a view of the tribal land. Other sites have valley views and are more preferable. The amenities are very nice. Large laundry $3/load. Central courtyard with gas grills, a pool and hot tub. DVDs to borrow…

A little busy, but nice little area with hiking trails near by. Easy spot to get to that is right outside of the Scottsdale area.
We have TT membership and used this as a base in January ‘22 for shopping, and doing needed chores between campground’s in nature and boondocking. Made fast friends with the neighbors, got tons of recommendations from anyone walking or biking for things to do nearby. One neighbor generously let us…
This KOA sits on the outskirts of Apache Junction, which itself isn't Phoenix proper but an eastern suburb. The RV park has all of the basics: power, water, sewer plus a pool and a level, clean site.
My husband and I dry camped in our RV here for one night in mid January. Park was very packed, but very clean and quiet. Nice place to get some rest. Gorgeous views of the superstitions. Unfortunately we had to buy an extra day pass to hike in as check in is at 2pm and check out is at noon. If you…
We have camped here 3 of the past 4 years. It is a great location: close to the big city facilities, but out of the hustle and bustle. Small to medium-sized for AZ campgrounds. Has pool and pickle-ball court and nice laundry. Staff/owners are sensitive to COVID safety. Individual sites are paved…
If you're into mountain biking, this is THE campground. Breathtaking views, cool Nature Center! Showers were just okay. We had a hard time getting them to warm up and the lightbulbs were burnt out so I had to shower by flashlight... But worth it!
They have both cabins and rv and tent the views are amazing 👏 stafed great . Just make sure you read the rules for cabins vs tent ⛺️
Roads are a little rough, just take it slow. There are a lot of sites, lots of utvs and folks riding horses out here. Town is close, close enough you can hear it. Altogether it's a nice place to make camp for a bit.
Pool, Hot Tub, Pool tables. Lots of amenities.
Large, noisy, crowded and expensive. 70.00/night
I loved this place, there’s ton of activity you can do and people are really nice and friendly. The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest but they aren’t that bad. You should definitely bring your own fire wood also don’t forget your fishing rods. The only problem I had was one of the visitors was…
I didn't like paying $25 a night for a space with no hookups, but we did choose a site near the shower house, so that was good. Superstitions are awesome! Coyotes yip at night. Quail ran thru my site. The dog park is great!
A little too far out of town if you’re working in the city, otherwise it was quiet with beautiful views. Plenty of trials for mountain biking, and rentals and restaurants in Fountain Hills, about 15 minutes from the campground.
