Off Highway 74 near Lake Pleasant, this dispersed camping area sits on Arizona State Land Department property northwest of Peoria. Recent reviews indicate access restrictions may be in place, with one camper reporting the land has been sold and camping is no longer permitted. The site previously allowed campfires, pets, and big rigs on free state trust land.
Campers should verify current access status before making the drive, as land use changes can affect availability at dispersed sites. For confirmed places to camp around Peoria, nearby options include Turf Soaring RV Park less than a mile northeast.
