Bleak and needing an upgrade

The site we had reserved was overgrown and inaccessible, but we were moved to a site that was. I did call and get a response which was the best thing I can say. This campground is bleak and exposed, minimal facilities. It needs a refresh badly

Small Park

Mostly long term campers, only 6-8 sites available. That is pretty standard for this area. Traveled to Oregon Trail tracks, Pony Express stop, and Fort Laramie on a day trip. Only 1 bathroom, but it was excellent with wonderful, large shower.

Awesome view

My husband and I arrived and parked in the reservable space. Accommodated spaces are 60ft max length. Was greeted by the owner of the RV park. Very nice down to earth. Spot has full hook up 30 and 50amp. Laundry facilities only had 2 washers and 1 dryer but wasn’t a down fall for us. The view is amazing, mostly quiet with the faint sound of the train going by. There is only 1 available shower room, very clean hot showers. Lots of land to walk the dog but not much to do for the kids. The town is 13 miles away for gas and groceries. There are many historical places to visit just 15 minutes away…. Ft. Laremie, Oregon Trial Ruts, , Gurernsey National Park and the Register cliff
