The Large Vehicle Campground located within Scab Creek Recreation Area provides 7 campsites for those wishing to camp with packs stock, trailers, large RV's or campers. There are corrals provided in the campground for pack stock. Vault toilette and potable water can be found up the road at the pack stock staging area, also within the Scab Creek Recreation Area.

Directions
From Pinedale, drive south on US 191 for 12 miles, turn left at the gas station in the town of Boulder, and head east on WY 353 for 7 miles. Take another left onto Scab Creek Road/CR-122 follow this road for 1.45 miles take a slight left onto Scab Creek Access Road/BLM 5423 and follow it until you reach Scab Creek Recreation Area, roughly 5.5 miles. The Large Vehicle Campground will be the first left once you have entered the Scab Creek Recreation Area.
