Brannon Campground — Boysen State Park

Brannon Campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no advance reservations accepted. To secure a site, arrive early during peak seasons to improve your chances of finding availability. The current camping fee is $32.25 per night, payable at the on-site pay station which accepts credit cards. For the most current reservation policies and fee information, contact Boysen State Park directly before your trip, as procedures may change seasonally.

The Boysen Reservoir is the star attraction at Brannon Campground, perfect for water activities including paddle-boarding and kayaking. The large reservoir provides ample space for water recreation with beautiful scenic views. A marina is located nearby with a restaurant for dining options. The surrounding sagebrush landscape offers excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife viewing, especially during sunset when the views over the water are spectacular. Brannon Campground offers basic but functional amenities. Each site includes a picnic table and fire pit. The campground has clean vault toilets conveniently located near camping areas. Sites come in various configurations including drive-through, back-in, and designated tent sites. While there are no hookups (essentially boondocking), the campground is situated next to the lake with beautiful views. A pay station that accepts credit cards is available for fee collection. Nearby, you'll find a marina with a restaurant for additional conveniences.
