River bank

Description

we have 5 acres on the cowlitz river outside of kelso washington, it is just a pasture i mow with river access for salmon, stelhead, cuthroat trout, smelt and sturgeon fishing, in the spring there are lots of bald eagles to watch and is just a nice spot to relax, we have no hookups so you need to be self contained, no rv larger then 31 feet with out prior aproval. its important to remember the first driveway has the address on it go to the second gate. if not open come on in and the house on your left is the office. during the summer months come enjoy the river, float down to lexington for a very relaxing day, bank fish, we do have water available, i do have a generator if needed, we keep ice on hand and bottled water, try to make it very comfortable for you. any questions please call.

Peaceful, easy, relaxing

This place is just off the interstate a couple minutes but you feel like you're out in the country. Hostess very accommodating. Riverfrontage is delightful. No hookups you must be self-contained. I have three bars of 5G Verizon. Owners very easy going. Allowed us to park on the grass just about anywhere we wanted to set up. Great views.

Serendipitous

OK with the exception of the fact that they’re just starting out and haven’t gotten everything in place as far as facilities I would’ve given this a five star Steve and Julie were absolutely gracious kind and hospitable. Their property is beautiful and it’s right on the river great for swimming fishing boating we were welcomed with open arms. not once did we feel like strangers on somebody else’s property, but felt more like family. We hadn’t seen in years, This was the energy from the beginning to the end. And then you have this amazingly beautiful piece of property. It felt very much like renting out somebody’s backyard on the river, very private even with other guests next to us they were kind as well. It wasn’t the same as camping. If you know what I mean, it was almost like going to vacation property for the weekend I felt very much at home and with the exception of the fact that they haven’t had the facilities put in place yet this is a five star all the way thank you, Steve and julie You guys turned what could’ve been a stressful weekend into a relaxing loving experience and we appreciate you so much we will be back, bless you.

Relaxing

This is a 4 acre field on the bank of the cowlitz river, you must be fully self contained. You park down by the river and enjoy the quiet and beautiful spot. Salmon and steelhead fishing. No large rigs call to verify your rig.
