A short stay campground

We needed a place just for the night so it worked out, but I wouldn't choose to stay for any length of time. Thats partly because we like campgrounds that are more woodsy and don't have cement slab sites. It was very clean, with plenty of available trash barrels and very clean bathrooms. There was a train somewhere nearby which will wake up a light sleeper. We were surprised that the pool was 1/2 empty and had dirty water. They did have shuttle service to the nearby amusement park.

Great for a stay while visiting the park

Great place to stay. Level sites clean restrooms. Pool was amazing. Free tram to the park.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

This is a great place for families with children, young and old! Kid friendly biking around the park. Also saw many with electric scooters and golf carts. Large playground and pool, all very clean and well kept. From what I observed, the sites were all pretty level. Close to the Interstate so made it great for a one night stay.

Great KOA!!!

We stayed in October! The sites were large and level. Easy on and off to I-95 N/S. Staff was great! This was our first KOA where they didn't "guide" us to our site. No worries… we made it :) Great for an overnight (if you want hookups)

Nice campground for visiting Kings Dominion

Bus shuttle service to Kings Dominion. Clean and well kept.

Quaint

Nice sized, wooded lots. Pool was nice and clean. Staff was super nice and the campground provided transportation to and from the amusement park!
