Managed by the Bureau of Land Management, this free dispersed pulloff sits on gravel with a stone fire pit and no shade. The access road is steep with large potholes, making high-clearance vehicles the practical choice, though careful driving in a 2WD vehicle is reportedly possible. Highway 191 is visible and audible from the site. A barbed wire fence has blocked at least one access route, so confirming entry points before arrival is worth the effort. Campers who want a fallback can check UtahRaptor State Park- Willow Springs Camping nearby. Cell service is available. This site works best for self-sufficient campers with capable vehicles who don't mind road noise.
