Well spaced campsites and well maintained CG

We are full-timers in a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow. We were in site 49 for just one night in late March. The campground is nice and well maintained. The sites are fairly well spaced, particularly for a private CG, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bit of road noise from I-20.

AT&T coverage was excellent, with 5 Bars of 5G service and speeds up to 10 MB/s. We had an unobstructed view of the sky and so we were able to receive all 3 SW Dish satellites and the Resort WiFi was decent with~2.5 MB/s. We didn’t try to load any OTA channels or set up Starlink.

Won't allow truck campers

I called to reserve a spot. She had room. But when I mentioned that it was a truck with a tent on back. She said they weren't allowed. Oh well. Next place I guess

New, clean and well kept

Just stayed overnight. 98 degrees outside so didn’t use amenities. Swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, horse shoe pits, children play ground, party picnic shelter, smokers, BBQ’s and more.

Very happy surprise !

We stopped here on our way west and hoped for a quiet night and decent bathroom, got much more! The grounds are pretty standard. Flat without many trees. Good crushed rock pads with paved site for picnic table.

Bathhouse and laundry were amazing! Cleaned 2-3 times per day. Great water pressure and hot water.

There are plenty of amenities including pool, covered area with corn hole and other games, beach volleyball, pickle ball, golf net and a bunch of other forms of entertainment.

The management was very nice and they have two beautiful Great Danes.

Great Stopover On Trip To Palo Duro Canyon

This was a good stopover for a night on my way to Palo Duro Canyon State Park. For me it was pricey ($45), as I'm used to State Parks at a senior rate. It was adequate for me in my Aliner Pop-up, but much more suited for larger RV's/trailers. As commented on in previous reviews, a bit noisy as it is close to the Hwy.

With that said, it was well run, nice property and facilities.

Fun place to stay

This place was perfect for our night stay. Our campsite was a pull through and very level. There is a pool and plenty of outdoor games to enjoy. It is close to the highway as well as the City. It is very clean and well kept. We appreciated that we did not have to pay extra for 50amp plug in. We were also able to call the day before and get a site which was helpful for traveling!

Well maintained, pool, etc

Friendly staff. Some back in spots lots of pull through spots. Big rig friendly. Pack roadbase gravel that is well maintained. Nearby big box stores. Very clean restrooms, showers and laundry. Very nice large clubhouse. Horse stalls are covered and lit at back of campground. Manager is Shayna. She is delightful and very professional. They crack down on speeders. Camp speed is max 10 mph. Kids stay here too so be careful.

Very clean campground with all amenities. Owners were very friendly and we were very impressed. Pulled over for a quick night stop on way back to Seattle from Houston. Absolutely would recommend.

Outstandingly well organized

The reviews are correct. Meticulously maintained and clean. Bathrooms are worth the price of admission alone. They are separate rooms with enough room for two (I have to help my disabled wife shower) and incredibly clean, new and great water pressure. Sites are flat, gravel but clean gravel- not mud- and are outlined with curbs. 25’ grass areas between our spots. Laundry is $1.50 and good sized. Great sunset tonight. Highly recommend.
