If your into hiking you can take a public access trail right from the property up to Mount Blanca which is at 14,300 ft and is the 4th largest mountains in Colorado! GO EXPLORE!!!
Located at 8,300 ft. Elevation on the Southwestern corner of Mount Blanca, this is an unbelievable camping experience. There are immaculate views in every direction. To the north is is Mount Blanca. To the East is the San Juan Mountains. To the East is is the Sangre De Cristo's. To the South is the San Juan Valley! Hiking and nature and privacy like no other !!! 4 wheel drive vehicles preferred or 2 wheel drive with high clearance. Rocky road to climb to get here. There is a bathroom for emergency visits only in my RV!
