Sustainable bamboo hardwood floors in the ArtV, with carpeted bedroom and repurposed marble flooring in bathroom. All electric power. Double- filtered well water with water softener. On-demand tankless hot water heater.
Double futon innerspring mattress, goose feather comforter, mood lighting & soft carpeting in the bedroom.
Fully functional kitchen: generous under counter lighting, granite workspace and backsplash, toaster oven, airfryer, microwave, double burner stovetop, coffee-maker, dorm size 'fridge, food chopper and lots of other kitchen basics. Morning set-up provided with coffee, sugar and a variety of teas.
(No people food for our dogs please, there is a jar of doggie (and Kitty) snacks in the pantry!)
