If you want to be surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in the Southeastern United States, plan a stay with at Loyston Point. TVA offers hundreds of campsites among its six dam reservoir campgrounds, available from mid-March to mid-November.

All six campgrounds are now managed by Recreation Resource Management (RRM) under a concessionaire agreement with TVA. This has allowed an expansion of services that includes new campground stores, wireless access, an online reservation system and more.

All Kiefer Campgrounds are open 24 hours a day. Our registration office and store hours vary depending on season. Site deliveries will be made only during open office/store hours. Night check-in is available anytime the office is closed and you can reserve online 24 hours a day.

**Campground Policies:**

1. Parents and visitors are responsible for the conduct of their children while on the premises. Children must be at their campsite during quiet hours which are 10pm to 7am. An adult must accompany small children when using the restrooms or while in the game room.
2. Use existing campfire rings only. Do not move fire rings. Do not burn or put trash in fire rings. No outside wood is allowed inside the campground.
3. There are no tents allowed on RV sites.
4. There is only one tent allowed per tent site.
5. Please place all garbage in the trash dumpster located across the parking lot from the office.
6. No dirt bikes, ATV’s, or mini-bikes ridden in the campground.
7. RV/vehicle washing is not permitted in the campground.
8. Our campground is not responsible for accidents resulting in injury to guests and/or damages to their property, or for the loss of valuables of any kind.
9. Do not run generators in the park.
10. Internet access is provided as a free service to our guests; however, we are not responsible for any damages to files, hardware, or any other problems that may occur as a result of your usage. Outages can and do occur. In the event of an outage, every attempt will be made to restore internet service as quickly as possible.
11. Do not damage trees in any way.
12. No lines stretched between trees or across camp sites.
13. Anyone not abiding by the campground rules will be asked to leave with no refund.
14. The office reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
15. All campsites will be paid for in advance at the time of registration.



**Pool Policy:**

The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 9:00 a.m. to dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty. State law requires that anyone (15) fifteen years old or younger be accompanied by a guardian of (21) twenty-one years of age or older while in and/or around a pool area. Therefore, we will ask any children swimming without an appropriate guardian to leave the pool and pool area. We put your child’s safety above all else, and we hope you agree with us. We also must stipulate the following while in the pool area: NO smoking, NO pets, NO food nor drinks, and NO diving and/or running for safety purposes.

**Golf Cart Policy:**

We now allow privately owned golf carts on our properties! All drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. All drivers must sign a liability waiver before using their cart on property. The owner of the cart is financially responsible for any damage caused by their cart to the campground property or any other camper’s property on the grounds.

**Pet Policy:**

We love pets! We welcome all non-aggressive pets that visit us on a leash with their owner attached. Please remember that others walk where you and your pet walk, so please pick up what they leave behind. If we all do our part, no one will be stepping into anything unpleasant. Please keep your pets feeling safe at all times. Pets often do not like being left alone in a strange place or around strange humans and may need your assistance and reassurance.

All campsites will be paid for in advance (at check-in). Check-in time begins at 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. for campsites and 11:00 a.m. for cottages and cabins. If you need a late check-out, please make arrangements with the office.

We don't drink alcohol at all. We don't mind a little beer or wine, but we ask that you do not drink to inebriation. MJ is illegal in Tennessee, so we ask that you don't smoke here. Cigarette smoking ok. This is a quiet neighborhood so we ask that you keep you conversation to normal levels after 10pm.



Firearms - No recreational firearm use is allowed on the property.

Small spacious full hookup campground close to beautiful Norris Lake and Chuck Swann Wildlife Management Area which includes activities such as swimming, boating, hiking, etc.



We have five level campsites that range from forty-five feet in length to seventy feet in length. For small or larger RVs. We have full hook ups with water, sewer & electric (30amp & 50 amp).

This unique site offers you the best of both worlds with the conveniences all campers appreciate but the rugged, super private experience only the great outdoors can give you! The site sits ontop of a ridge that has an elevation just over 1100ft and as you can imagine the views & serenity are outstanding! Besides being the ulitmate & absolute private site the abundance of wildlife will keep you amazed and thrilled, from Owls to Bobcat, Deer, Coyote, Fox and Hawks not to mention the variety of musical birds, your senses will take its own adventure just on all you hear. This site has multiple trails that level up and down throughout which will have markers to guide you through your hiking experience. A generous private firepit that offers the ability to enjoy primitive cooking and Forest Bartop that allows you to have a drink, eat your meal while overlooking treetops and the edge of the ridge. Although in the distance some road noise will be heard here and there or the Farmers dog give a bark, the seclusion of this forest jungle and cool breeze that gently passes through the trees will drown out all the background noise. If you are looking for the next level up in a camping experience that allows for you to TRULY unplug, unwind and recenter, The Equilibrium Escape is your next booking. This is an exclusive site that books only 15 nights a month and when you are here, you are the ONLY campers. You have a private span of nearly 8 acres.

Please also note that your camp is actually on our Farm, therefore why we affectionately refer to it as 'The Farmers Forest'. We are true Farm to Table Cultivators that offer more than a point of sale or just production. We enjoy educating those who really want to learn how to manage livestock, compost, Forage for edibles and also have proper infrastructure. Private tours include a hike through the farm, meet and greets with our Animals with being informed of the care & husbandry of each stock and feel free to bring your camera, the Farmer here happens to be pretty good with photography. The memories from the Full experience of the Farmpsite you will not only enjoy, but also gain more practical knowledge to carry with you into the future. Please note, you're in the country. So cell service can be very spotty. US Cellular works great, AT&T and Teen Mobile sometimes can be 50/50.....Verizon will just plain not impress you.



The Farmers Forest 

A four-acre plot bordered by Burnett Creek. We have multiple creekside, primitive camping spots that are shaded by trees, and adaptable to multiple groups. From the meadow to the creek, life swarms all around. Bees, Butterfly Bush, Milkweed, Otters and more enrich the environment. Potable water and a portable bathroom are on site. The site itself is an easy distance to Downtown Knoxville and even easier access to all that South Knox's Urban Wilderness has to offer. It uniquely offers a hint of backcountry camping without the 25-mile hike in, a great way to test the waters for primitive camping or an easy stop close to the city for a seasoned traveler. Best suited for van, car, bike, tent, and hammock camping without the frills of a KOA. Bookings are for 2 people each to keep it from feeling crowded. If you have more than 2 you will need to book multiple sites.
