Along the Fall River just outside Hot Springs, Fall River Ranch is a private drive-in campground with electric and water hookups, showers, and WiFi. Reservations are available. Pets are welcome, and campfires are permitted on-site. Campers who want a different setup nearby can look at Highland Meadows Resort, about 1.5 miles north.
