Mt. Hood National Forest's Devils Half Acre Campground sits along a rough, steep access road that requires a high-clearance vehicle and a tolerance for serious grade. The campground has just two dispersed sites: one small, one notably larger. Campfires, pets, and alcohol are all permitted. The season runs June through October. Campers looking for dog-friendly camping near Mt. Hood National Forest will find this a low-infrastructure option worth considering if the road conditions don't deter them.
